I looked at myself in the mirror, assessing my outfit choice

I looked at myself in the mirror, assessing my outfit choice. For some reason, I was stressing out about what to wear, which I usually don't do. I don't wear these types of clothing very often; I honestly just threw on what was lying in my closet.

My newly dyed purple hair laid loosely on my shoulders and my face was lightly covered with makeup. I bit nails anxiously, my reflection looked different and so unlike myself. But, it was something new and refreshing, I've learned to like it.

I locked the door behind me and began walking towards the bus stop we planned to meet at. It was fairly sunny and quite warm outside, so I smiled approvingly, happy that I decided to wear shorts.

I got the the station and I found Jin, looking good- as always. I smiled mischievously, cautiously walking towards him, without making a sound. I suddenly poked his back and I flinched when I heard him scream like a girl.

He looked back at me in shock, fear filling his eyes. I stared at him blankly before laughing my ass off.

What a dumbass, I thought amusingly.

"Jisoo?!" He exclaimed with wide eyes, his hand trailing off to my purple hair. He stood their with his mouth opened wide, mumbling incoherent sayings as he eyed me up and down.

"You look like a girl now!" He screeched and I glared at him, smacking his shoulder.

"I always look like a girl, you idiot!" I said, feeling a bit hurt that he didn't see me as a girl before. I looked away from him and ignored everything he said.

"Jisoo! Don't be like that," He said lovingly, wrapping his arms around my waist, making me freeze completely.

"What I meant to say is that you look beautiful. Okay?" He explained and I nodded my head slowly, my breath hitched and my heartbeat increasing by the second.

"Okay. Get your hands off of me now," I sneered, rolling my eyes playfully. He gave me a warm smile, making me hallucinate, as he calmly entered the bus.

We sat next to each other, silence drifting in the atmosphere. The bus ride was supposed to take 30 minutes and I already felt myself drifting off to sleep. I didn't get a wink of sleep last night- I was too invested in planning today's trip.

I felt myself impulsively rest my head on his shoulder, his body relaxing at my touch. My eyes gradually closed as I slept with his head leaning on mine. I smiled as I fell asleep with his cologne filling my nostrils.

I woke up to a gentle tapping on my shoulder, large, curious brown eyes greeting me.

"Wake up, we are here," He cooed, his soft voice sending shivers down my body. I nodded groggily and reluctantly stood up, stretching my arms in exhaustion.

I rubbed my eyes tiredly and held onto his sleeve tightly as we maneuvered through the crowded bus. I still held on to his sleeve and he chuckled softly.

"Wake up! We aren't on the bus anymore," He teased and I blinked in response. I followed him obliviously to the pet store, holding his sleeve so I don't get lost. We stopped in front of a cute pink-themed shop and I rushed ahead inside, wonder filling up inside of me.

Jin laughed and trailed behind me, watching me look at the dogs with pure joy. A white maltese caught my eye as it laid cutely on its belly.

"Can I play with this one?" I asked politely and the shopkeeper let the puppy out, I watched in awe at how it stumbled towards me.

"I want this one," I said confidently.

"But you didn't even play with it yet," Jin said, his eyebrows furrowed.

"My senses are telling me to get it." He shook his head in amusement and told me to play with it for a while before I might regret getting the puppy.

The dog laid in my lap peacefully, licking my fingers every once in a while. The fur was so soft and I smiled as it wagged its tail happily. My eyes widened as I spotted its ears.

"Holy shit! Jin look! His ears are rose gold!" I exclaimed. This dog is special!

"What? His ears are yellow!" He countered, giving me a questionable look.

"No, it's not! Look closer," I argued, absolutely positive that the ears are rose gold. He followed and looked closer but only shook his head and laughed.

"You're blind, Jisoo," He said and I kicked his ankle.

"Whatever. I'm getting this one," I pouted, going up to the counter to deal with the finances.

I walked out happily, with a new maltese in my arms, as Jin only followed my figure in amusement. "You are so weird," He said and I laughed in response, too happy to deal with his comments.

"Let's go home. I already have dog food at my house," I suggested and he smiled warmly.

"Home. Let's go home," He repeated slowly, liking the way the words rolled off his tongue.

I gave him a large smile, watching him look down at my lips and look away in embarrassment.

"What should I name it?" I asked, petting its head softly. Jin hummed in thought as the puppy licked his hand.

"What about Dalgom?" He suggested and I nodded my head in approval.

"Sounds great."
