As usual, you picked up the books needed for the lessons from your locker first thing once you reach school and every morning, you'll find a sticky note pasted on your locker along with your favourite candy attached to it.
Each note would contain a different motivational and sweet message everyday, but none of them has ever mentioned anything about who they were from.
"This is getting so frustrating!" You complained to Chanyeol as you walked out of class with him after school.
Chanyeol's family has been neighbours with your family since you were in elementary school. And because he's tall and strong enough to protect you, your parents had entrusted him to bring you home safely from school everyday, so the both of you would always walk home together.
"I mean, if he's going to put a note on my locker, he should've at least written his name right?" You showed him the anonymous note, but he seemed to be spacing out instead of looking at it.
"Hey. Chanyeol?" You held his sleeve and shook him a little. "Give me some response, don't just ignore me like that!"
"I-I was...listening to you." He stuttered. "Maybe...uh..he's just..shy?" He avoided eye contact with you as he spoke.
You looked up at him suspiciously. Chanyeol has never stuttered when he's talking to you before. "Are you hiding something from me?"
"Wh-What? No! No...I—let's go home now." He changed the subject.
He kept quiet throughout the entire journey home, which was unusual because he would normally talk a lot and tell you jokes on the way home.
"Bye Marisol." He petted your head, messing up your fringe. He waved and watched until he had confirmed that you've safely entered your house before walking home himself.
The next day, you decided to go to school much earlier than you usually do and find out who this 'secret admirer' is. It's about time to know the truth now, these anonymous notes has been appearing on your locker every morning ever since you got into this school. You peeped over at your locker from behind the row of lockers.
Your secret admirer. He's there. But instead of pasting a note on your locker, he slipped something into it through the crack. Something like an envelope. You moved closer towards him. That tall figure and brown hair... Chanyeol?!
"Chanyeol? What are you doing?" Your voice made him jump a little, he slowly turned around and gave you an awkward smile.
"Oh hi...w-why are you..here so early?" He asked, using his body to block you from getting to your locker. You pushed him aside and picked up the envelope that he had slipped into your locker.
"Aish." Chanyeol leaned against the wall, trying to hide his face while you read the letter in the envelope. Aww he can be so cute sometimes...

"Aish...must you really read that in front of me?" Chanyeol blushed, still covering his face using his hands. What a cutie pie. You pulled his hands away from his face.
"I didn't know you knew how to write cheesy stuff like this." You teased, laughing at his cuteness. You tried to hide your excitement but inside, you were mentally screaming and celebrating after reading his letter. You've always had a secret crush on him and knowing that he likes you back is literally the Best. Feeling. Ever.
He looked into your eyes and smiled. Oh those puppy eyes...
"You didn't answer me." He smirked. "So I'll just take it as you've accepted it." He pulled you in for a hug and kissed your forehead.
"You're mine now, I love you."
