The family meeting (part 2)

Rainbow's pov

I felt like my heart skipped a beat, i didn't think Applejack would be so romantic.

"Just remember that you will always be beautiful in my eyes" Applejack said.

I blush.

The slow dance music stops and everyone sits down again.

"Hey rainbow?" Apple bloom asked I turn around.

"Yes?".

"Do you have any secret talents" Appleblooms question through me off guard, secret talents?.

"I guess I can sing" I say.

Everyone looked at me.

I fiddle with applejacks sleeve of her shirt, that means I'm very uncomfortable.

Applejack looks at me and nods.

"Um guys, why are you all looking at rainbow" applejack asked.

"We want to here her sing" Apple leaf said.

My eyes widen.

Applejack looks at them then me.

"How about you sing one song" applejack said.

I feel my body begin to shake a little.

Applejack smiles at me in a encourageing way.

"I will be right next to you, you could just sing from here".

Applejack was really pushing my buttons at this point I decided to give in.

"Fine" I say, they cheer and the room becomes silent.

I look at applejack with a scared look on my face, she grabs my hand and squeeezes it genlty.

"I'm right here, no need to panic" applejack whispers in my ear.

I take a deep breath and start to sing my mothers favorite song.

"Never give up on your dreams. Let your dreams inspire you. One my mother told me that monsters don't exist but they will in your mind to.
So fight for the poor, and defend the ones in need".

I stop singing and everyone's staring at me. Including applejack.

"That was amazing babe!" Applejacks voices sound amazed.

"It was?".

Everyone agreed.

"I never knew you could sing so well".

I smile.

"I think I have a new nickname for you" applejack smirked at me.

"What?" .

"Angle".
