I let go of his hand, flick my wrist and next to the window appears two chairs with belts. Since he has floated to the ceiling I grab his hand and he regains gravity, walking and then sitting himself into his chair. 'Thanks' he says.

I then stand in the center of the ship, with the other kids staring at me I let myself fully get to work. I focus on the outer hull and keeping the heat resistant plates on. My eyes glow a golden orange and my hands get redder. I place one hand on the wall and channel the heat. I then reverse it and begin to slow and cool the ship down. The bracelet on my wrist lights up and I hear Jarvis simply say 'eject parachutes' then the message cuts off. I shout out, 'eject parachutes' and as I do the ship slows and I feel an overwhelming amount of relief.

I breathe out and shake my head from side to side. I walk and lock myself into the seat next to Bellamy. He looks at me shocked as I turn to him and say 'I'm Maria by the way.'
I notice as a reflection in his eyes that my eyes are still glowing. I blink again and my normal eye colour returns. His heart rate slows down, meaning he is no longer afraid. I smile and attempt to enjoy the rest of the ride.

As the ground appears at a slow but fast pace I brace for impact. I grip onto my chair, causing my hand to bleed slightly but I dont notice. As I expected the ship still lands fast causing us to slam to the ground. Everyone jointly groans in pain. Bellamy and I as if in sync remove our belts and trys to stand at the front of the ship. As people start moving around we hear shouts from below.

'Get me out of here, let me go' the girls voice says. 'Octavia?' Bellamy says, lifing up the floor hatch to reveal more kids. The two of them embrace slightly. A boy makes a comment basically stating that she should be used to being underneath a floor. As Octavia was about to turn round and punch him, I beat her to it, breaking his nose. She looks at me in awe and says 'thanks'. Standing in front of the door, Bellamy looks at me and says 'can you flick it open?' I roll my eyes at him and flick my wrist, causing the door to push forward to the floor like a ramp.

As the light floods the ship everyone looks away. 'How about being remembered as the first person to stand on the new earth as a title?' Bellamy says towards Octavia. She nods excitedly and walks slowly down the ramp and onto the grass. She smiles looking to the sky as everyone leaves the ship to smell the fresh outdoors.

'Its different from last time' I say not realising others around. 'What do you mean different from last time Maria?" Bellamy asks. 'What I mean is the air is different from the last time I breathed it' I respond still leaving him confused. 'We are going to have to build a perimeter and tents before darkness' I comment. I look towards Bellamy and say 'They need a leader, someone who knows what they are doing' 'who do you think that should be?' He asks 'Us' I look to him and nod.

I shout in attempt to get the delinquents' attention. 'Listen up everyone' I shout, a few people turning round to see me, but not everyone. 'Hey guys can you listen to me here?' I shout again. I look to Bellamy with frustration, he shouts, 'Hey listen up', the group's all look towards Bellamy and I nod in approval. 'Thanks' I whisper, he nods with a smile. ' Okay, everyone, I know that coming down here and surviving is really exciting but we won't make it through the first night unless we all work together to build a perimeter to keep us in and predators out and tents for us to sleep in. Our next issue will be finding food and clean water. Bellamy and I will help organise teams that will have different roles here for camp. Before we throw a huge welcome to earth party later tonight!'
I Tell everyone whilst making occasional glances to Bellamy next to me.

He nods in approval before helping me split people up. After giving out all the gear for tents I help the team build the fence along with a door for entry. I cast a spell causing grassy vines to strengthen the wall.
