"And then, I rejected Niyoma... But it's just because I like someone else!," Kasumi talked about herself rejecting Niyoma Kigashi's love confession. "Really? Wow... If you hurt Niyoma, then you should make sure you don't get rejected," Ruko said. "Of course I won't...!," Kasumi said, gazing at his eyes without him noticing. Ugh! Watching her talking about love makes me feel sick, especially when she is talking about love with Ruko. I glanced at Nao who was gritting her teeth. Yep, she truly likes Ruko, and is probably jealous right now...

"Hey, do you know that I started taking karate class?," I asked, changing the topic. "You do?" "Yeah, I just started last week..." Kasumi got annoyed as I was grabbing Ruko's attention. "So? What's so good about karate?," Kasumi asked sternly. "Well... It is for self defense...," I mumbled. "Who needs self defense? It's not like someone's gonna attack you anyway!," Kasumi muttered. "Well, what if someone did?," I asked, crossing my arms. "Yeah right...! Like someone's gonna do that!," Kasumi muttered. "Self defense is actually important...," Ruko mumbled. "Ahh, really? You should've told me that it was that important earlier," Kasumi said, glaring at me.

Wow... She actually changed. When we were kids, she used to be the fun, happy and cheerful girl in our group. She would be called 'The Genuine One'. Every feeling she have or whatever emotion she shows are genuine. But now... She changed. She isn't the kind of girl who acts and make fake reactions. She isn't the kind of girl who actually flirts. But now... She did changed a lot.

We finally reached the classroom when the conversation ended.

                                   ...

It was currently Physical Education when Dakoto Sensei told us to pick our partners in a pair work for a project. Of course, just by hearing this made Kasumi very enthusiastic and stared at Ruko. From a few chairs away, I could see Nao. This time, she is glaring at Kasumi, not at me. After Physical Education, it was lunchtime. Me and Ruko were walking to the cafeteria. Kasumi tagged along with me and Ruko. "So... Aren't you gonna eat with your friends?," I asked with a short glare. "Hmm? Oh, you are both my friends!," Kasumi said as she cling arms with him. What the?! "So... What club are you joining?," I asked as I broke their clinging arms and walked in between them. "And why are you asking that?," Kasumi asked sternly. "What? Is there something wrong with being curious? Are you perhaps... In the Occult club?," I asked back. "What?! Of course not! Only idiots join that stupid club! And psychos!," Kasumi yelled. Ruko stopped walking.

"People who joins Occult clubs are not idiots and psychos. And the Occult club isn't stupid. It's just their dream or talent to do so," Ruko said with a serious tone. "So you're saying that it is their dream to actually summon a demon?," Kasumi muttered. "Well, yeah. Maybe they are curious or interested about it," Ruko replied as he started walking again. "Whatever," Kasumi shrugged and continued walking quietly.
