Harry: Harry wasn't picky when it came to houses, anything was a blessing after the torturous time he had endured at the Dursleys'. Plus, he had you around basically all the time now as a roommate, so he figured the pros always outweighed the cons. Knowing he would like to have an manageable and relatively cozy home, you suggested an apartment, to which he gladly agreed. Current, the both of you are settled in comfortably and have a competition to see who can keep their houseplant alive the longest.
Ron: Ron missed the Burrow. It was his childhood home after all, the only one, if he was completely honest. So you never minded too much if he left quilts and scarves lying around the place, because you knew that he had always grown up with the atmosphere of tons of items scattered all around and you missed the Burrow too. Your house was the one in an organized chaos, when the residents knew exactly what they were doing when they left a cup of coffee to leave a ring of brown on the countertop or left socks on the ground for the dog to chew on.
Draco: Draco moved out of his mansion as soon as he could, opting, to your slight disbelief, to crash at your home instead, a typical quaint white picket fenced house with ivy growing up the sides. Of course, the abrupt change of environment left him a bit muddled at first and the fact that you preferred to use muggle appliances left him usually crawling to you in despair because the toaster looked like it was going to attack him with bread. But as time passed, he got used to everything, though not entirely. Now and again, he still manages to mistake a hairbrush for a toothbrush and relies on you to keep him from landing himself in a hospital. which he was very very very grateful for.
Fred: You and Fred spent most of your days backpacking, travelling across cities and places that left you breathless with wonder. His wanderlust soon wore off, when he realized that the thought of settling down with you made him more gleeful than what flight was next on the big adventure. It took three cities and eight flights for you to realize his new behavior of picking up home and family magazines instead of the usual joke book he'd cackle over with you. You confronted him about it and he smiled. Then you showed him the many home catalogs you'd found and he grinned with happiness.
George: George decided he'd never be used to a lot of money and probably never would be. The amount of cash in his hold gave him anxiety, almost, with the sheer amount of gold and silver he had from the very successful trickster business he run. Such a good reason to splurge it all when purchasing a home for the both of you, accepting only the best. Yeah, so maybe Molly did chide him furiously for spending so much so recklessly and in such little time too, but waking up next to you in absolute comfort, both in environment and in hope that your life together would find him even happier in the future, was always worth it.
Neville: With Neville's love of plants and your adoration for pets, it only made sense for you to live out in the countryside, where the air was as fresh as could be and the freedom to do anything you liked was a given. It was a peaceful life, one that you both embraced gratefully. Your younger years have supplied you with enough adventures. Now was the time to stroll through rose gardens, hug dogs and sip warm drinks with the fleeting last moments of sun at the end of the day.
Oliver: You lived in a high up apartment, casting spells over it to prevent shaking during storms or windy nights. In addition to being able to only have to take over a small place, which was good since your lives were hectic, the view from the rooftop gardens were indescribably breathtaking. During your first nights there, you loved it so much, you resolved to camp out all night. Oliver dragged you in and had to physically lug you away from the window view instead. Night dates were no longer a hassle, just a few floors up, where dancing to the twinkling lights of the bright city below you and the ones faint stars and the moon awaited.
