Painted Wings (A Fallacy x Encre book)

Chapter 5

Encre's PoV:

It has been two weeks since I've first arrived here. Mostly I've been waiting for that vampire to kill me so I don't have to hear his bragging about how great he is and how powerful he is. Heck most of his staff is terrified of him.
I sighed. I was walking around the castle looking for Erra. I wanted to give her the painting I did for her, if she didn't want it I'll just give it to Jasper. I looked around for her but found nothing. "Où est-elle?" I say out loud.(Where is she?)
"Where's who," I heard a female voice behind me. I turned around to be face to face with a pair of golden eyes in front of me. She was hanging upside down in front of me.
"Te voilà Erra," (there you are Erra) I tell her as I back away a bit.
"Oh you were looking for me sorry" she flipped down onto the floor infront of me. "What do you need?" She asks.
"Je me demandais si tu aimerais le tableau que tu m'as demandé de peindre,"(I was wondering if you would like the painting you asked me to paint,)I said.
"You actually painted it?" She asked unsure if I did or not.
"Oui"(Yes) I said to her. "Aimeriez-vous cela ou non? Sinon, je verrai si Jasper le veut." She just looked at me confused.
"Sorry I didn't really understand that, I dont know a lot of French, only some," she tells me. I nod.
"I said: Would you like it or not? If not, I'll see if Jasper wants it." I told her.
"Can I see it first?" She asks. I nod.
"Would you like to see it now?"
"Yes please," and we go up to my room to show her the painting.

Suave's PoV:

I just came back from the village. I was still awaiting a change to happen. But in all honesty, I lost some hope for the "change" to even happen. Well, I guess I just have to be patient. I sighed and decided to check up on Encre and walked up to his room. I knocked and opened the door to see M'lady and Encre looking at a painting and talking about something too. After they were done talking M'lady picked up a canvas and turned to walk out when she noticed me and flinched a bit. "Suave, you scared me!" She said.
"Sorry M'lady, I didn't attend to do that" I told her.
"It's fine but next time at least knock"
"Yes m'lady," I bow and watch as she leaves. I then turn to Encre. I open my mouth to speak but Encre speaks first.
"Why are you here?" He asks.
"I came up here to check on you, though I wasn't expecting m'lady to be up here as well," I tell him.
"She came up here to see the painting I promised you two back in the village," He tells me. That explains why Lady Erra had that canvas with her. I thought. "Well I'm fine so you can leave now," He said sounding aggrivated. I nod and I leave. I had other work to do any way.

Encre's PoV:

Finally he leaves. I sigh and I sit down on my bed. I look out my window to see nothing but trees. " II n'y a rien á faire"(There's nothing to do") I say to myself and I sigh again. I lay my head on my hand staring blankly at the window when something catches my eye. It was a bat. It was small, like a baby bat. It had pink beaded eyes. It was actually pretty cute. So I decided to draw it. I took out my sketch book and started sketching it.
After a while I finish my sketch and it leaves flying away. I put my sketch book away and then I grow bored again. "Mince" (Darnit) I mumbled to myself quietly. Then I hear a knock at the door. I open it to see Jasper there. "Would you like to join us for lunch sir?" I nod and I follow him to the dinning room to eat.
The Vampires had whatever their eating. I couldn't even tell what it was. I had a salad not wanting to eat anything else they had. Everything was quiet while we were eating. Has it always been this quiet? I ask myself. Suddenly Erra breaks the silence. "So Jasper where were you?" Erra asks.
"What do you mean Erra?" He asks.
"After I left Encre's room I was looking for you,"
"Oh, well um..."
"Did you turn into your bat form and spied on Encre?"
"How did you-" and he covers his mouth and I just realized something.
"Was that bat you?" I ask. He just looks at me wide eyed and slowly nods while Erra just smirks. Everything became quiet again. Then when everyone was done eating the maids came in and cleaned everything up. First Fallacy left to do what ever. Then Erra. When Jasper was about to leave I got up to talk to him. "Jasper,"
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to spy on you I just wanted to see what you were doing and I was afriad to ask hou anything becuase I was afraid you were gonna yell at me," he says really fast.
" why would you think I would yell at you?" I ask him. He just shrugs.
"Usually whenever I ask Fallacy something he gets mad and yells" he tells me.
"What?" I say shocked.
"Yeah he usually yells at Erra, sometimes for no reason at all, but sometimes he yells at me," he says. Thats it. I stomped all the way to that vampire's room. He was going to have a piece of my mind. When I got to his room I banged on his door.
"What!" I hear him say angrily.
"S'ouvrir!" (Open up!) I yell. He opens the door and my eyes widen in shock at what I saw.

(Bonus:

So i put Fallacy's name into google translator the thing ecause I was fooling around with it
and i got Erreur
Then i switched it around so that french was at the top and not english and this is what i got

So I know that Encre means Ink in French so thats how his name connects to the actual Ink
Now this is how Fallacy connects to Error with his name???
Now time for Jasper and Suave)
