*Skylar's pov*
My heart seems to freeze as I stare into the big blue eyes.
"Hello?" The boy frowns
He sits down across from me and takes a glimpse at my bags.
"Do you need somewhere to stay?" He gestures towards my bags
I shake my head quickly and I look at Kayla and she was staring at the boy with wide eyes.
"Do you speak?" He frowns
I nod my head slowly and Kayla walks over placing my Latte on the table.
"Do you know this girl?" He looks up at Kayla
"Her name is Skylar" she whispers
"Well I'm Daniel" he holds his hand out to her and she shakes it and then he moves it towards me
"Woah your cheek is a dark red" his hand lifts and grazes my cheek
I tense up but I have to say that felt pretty nice to be touched by a guy without being hurt.
"Daniel let's go" a guy with blonde hair stands at the counter holding two coffees
"Bye Skylar" Daniel stands up and walks to the blonde boy and takes a coffee before walking out.
"You okay?" Kayla sits down across from me
"Yeah I'm fine" I nod my head and pull out my journal
"See you at dance" Kayla smiles and walks back up the counter.

Day 367 | Location: The Café
10:24am
He's beautiful. Truely beautiful. It's like he was sent down from heaven.
I have nowhere to stay....maybe I should go to a hotel for the night and then go home and leave when they get back.
He touched my cheek....my skin is still tingling from the touch. He asked me if I was okay and if I had somewhere to stay but I couldn't speak.
His name is Daniel and he has a blonde friend whose name I don't know. Are they just friends? Are they related? Do they live together?
He is really cute but I have a feeling I will never get the chance to say something to him.

I sigh and close my journal and stand up grabbing my phone and keys and of course my journal.
"Bye Kayla" I smile at her
"Bye" she giggles
I walk out the door and throw my stuff onto the passenger seat and drive to the beach. I sit in my car watching the surfers ride waves, people doing yoga and people jogging and even some couples swimming or walking around hand in hand.
"If only I could have that" I sigh and climb out of my car walking down to the pier
"Stalking me?" A voice chuckles
I turn and see Daniel with four other boys all in the teenage years. I shake my head quickly and want to disappear from view.
"Skylar these are my friends Zach, Corbyn, Jonah and Jack" Daniel smiles pointing each of them out
I wave and look back out at the water.
"So you are the girl our boy has been talking about since 8:30" Jonah smirks
"Dude!" Daniel shoves him lightly
"Oops" Jonah smiles and I blush at Daniel
"Do you ever talk?" Daniel moves closer to me
I shake my head slowly and notice a book with a pen in his arms.

He writes as well.

"Why not?" He frowns
I shrug and turn back to the water and hear some of the boys snicker.
"Something got your tongue precious?" Jack laughs
"Dude" Daniel growls and pushes him
"Anxiety" I whisper and shudder as they go silent
"Oh" Jack looks down
"Well I can help you get through that and out of your shell" Daniel smiles revealing a tooth gap.
I internally melt and want to comment on it but I don't.
I nod indicating I will allow him to and he smiles again.
God that smile is gonna be the death of me.
"Well I'm Daniel Seavey, I'm 18 and I have three siblings and I am from Portland, Oregon" Daniel sits down pulling off his shoes and putting his feet in the water
I sit beside him and cross my legs due to my fear of not knowing what's below in the deep blue.
"Do you like writing I saw you carrying a book and you had a book in front of you in the café" Daniel looks down at the wood
I nod and point at his book.
"Oh this is nothing...song lyrics or just stuff about my day...a journal I guess you could say" Daniel laughs
I pull out my book and turn to the back pages.
'I'm 17 from San Francisco and I have no siblings....I just ran away from my family because they read my personal book and they treated me like shit'
I write it down and pass him the book
"Are you turning 18?" He smiles
I nod
"Why did they read your book?" He frowns
I shrug
"Daniel Dude we have to go, Logan wants us to go to his" Corbyn runs over
"Skylar would you like to come with us?" Daniel holds out his hand
He stands up and keeps his hand out and I contemplate what to do. I nod slowly and grab his hand and he pulls me up. Our bodies press against each other's and my heart rate increases.
"Woah" I whisper as my hand lays on his chest and I can physically feel the line down the centre of his chest.
"Come on" Daniel blushes and pulls me along
HE BLUSHES TOO!?
I let him drag me along but I freeze as he pulls me towards a car. I point at my car and he nods.
"Guys I'm gonna go with Skylar in her car" he yells to the boys and I drag him to my car.
I throw my stuff on the back seat and he climbs into the passenger seat and I start up the car. I follow the boys car and then they pull up at a large apartment building. I turn off my car and Daniel climbs out and I follow him.
"Daniel" I squeak and he turns with a large smile on his face
I stare at a large group of boys and then I see a group of screaming girls running towards us.
"Sky come here!" Daniel picks me up and runs into the apartment building and the boys all smirk as we dive into the elevator.
"Can I take the stairs?" Zach groans
"No Zach unless you wanna be walking for like 20 minutes" Jack rolls his eyes and then they all start jumping.
I cling onto Daniel and I hear Zach screaming but laughing at the same time. I bury my face into Daniel's chest and he wraps his arms around me.
"Guys come on" he yells making them all stop jumping and Zach finally goes quiet
We get to the top and the elevator doors open
"I knew it was you boys and oh....who is this?" A large guy with mop blonde stands in the door way looking at me
"Logan this is Skylar and she doesn't talk" Daniel squeezes me lightly
"Why not?" Logan frowns and looks at me like I'm crazy
"Well she has anxiety and I'm guessing she has social phobia" Corbyn yawns and I see a puppy running around
"Puppy" I point at it and the boys stare at me in shock
Logan nods and picks up the puppy and places it in my arms.
"His name is Kong da savage but we just call him Kong" Logan chuckles and I stare at the puppy in my arms
"Hello Kong" I smile and walk into the apartment and sit on the ground playing with the puppy
"These are the most words I have heard out of her mouth" Daniel stares at me in shock and they all stand around watching me
"Does she sing?" Logan points at my book that was tightly clutched in my left hand
"Well I don't know she looks like she could sing....maybe she does" Daniel shrugs
I look up at them and slowly nod.
"She does" Jack smiles
"That's not a lyric book though" Daniel yawns and sits on the couch
"What is it a diary?" Logan laughs and everyone but Daniel joins in
"A journal" I snarl and everyone freezes going silent.
I stand up and give Daniel a small smile before walking out the door and pressing on the elevator button.
"Wait Skylar!" Daniel chases after me
I walk into the elevator and press on the ground level. He dives through the closing doors and trips over his own feet pressing me against the wall and our lips inches apart.
"Sorry" he mumbles and pushes away from me
I nod slowly and look at my hands
"They didn't mean to be rude Sky....Logan tends to joke about everything" Daniel sighs
I nod and the elevator dings and the doors open.
I walk out and go to open the doors.
"Wait here have my number so we can talk but not at the same time" he smiles and grabs my book and flips to the back page.
He writes his number and his name and then passes my book back to me.
"Bye" I whisper and open the doors.
I immediately get bombarded by a large group of girls.
"how do you know the boys?"
"Are you and Daniel a thing?"
"Do you have a thing with any of the boys?"
"How long have you and Daniel been together for?"
"How did you meet them?"
"What is Jack's ring size?"
"What's Corbyn's shoe size?"
They start tugging at my clothes and try to not cry or start screaming.
"Leave her alone!" A pair of familiar arms wrap around me and the girls scream louder
"ARE YOU GUYS DATING!?"
"HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TOGETHER!?"
"WHATS HER NAME!?"
I bury my head into Daniel's chest and he opens and closes his mouth like a fish and no sound comes out.
"ALRIGHTYYYYYY WHATS POPPIN LIMELIGHTS" a loud voice booms and I see Logan with a megaphone with the boys behind him all staring at me in worry.
The girls run over screaming and shaking posters or clothes hoping to get a autograph.
"Come back inside" Daniel lifts me into his arms
He runs back into the building and then the rest of the boys bolt in as well. Logan comes in and I start crying.
"Hey hey Sky it's okay" Daniel puts a hand on my cheek.
"We should of told you we are a band...those are some of our fans" Corbyn rushes over and hugs me tightly
"Hey kiddo it's all good don't sweat it they are just jealous you know the boys personally" Logan ruffles my hair
I sink into Daniel's arms and cry harder but he starts humming and then they all start singing.
"I'll hold you when things go wrong I'll be with you from dusk til dawn" Daniel sings lightly in my ear
I slowly stop crying and he pulls away.
"See it's not so bad...they are just jealous" Jack smiles at me
I nod look back out at the fans.
"Do you want to go home?" Daniel frowns
"No" I whisper
"Do you have anywhere to stay?" He grabs my hand
I shake my head and he looks at the boys.
"Stay with us" Zach yawns
"As long as you are okay with that" Daniel adds
"Yes" I nod my head and they smile
"Let's get you to our place so you can get settled" Daniel smiles and Logan helps get us to our cars without being spotted.
What has happened to get me this close with 6 guys?
