Skylar Kennedy is a 17 year old, shy girl. Everyday she visits her favourite café on the corner of her favourite street filled with book stores in Los Angeles. No one would speak to her and she would sit happily in a booth next to a window listening...
*Jack's pov* Skylar hasn't been the same. We have been back home for a week now and she hasn't talked to anyone. We have her the spare room we never use so that she didn't have to go back to her parents. Daniel has been really quiet as well and we are worried something happened between them that we don't know about. "Hey dude" Corbyn plops down beside me "Hey" I give him a fake smile and then Kayla walks through the door "Hey baby" I stand up and kiss her softly "How is she?" She pulls away and glimpses towards Skylar's room "The same" I sigh and sit back down beside Corbyn "Something had to of happened between her and Daniel that we don't know about because he is acting weird as well" Corbyn yawns "I will talk to him" I jump up and walk towards his room but I hear a light giggle from Aspen "Dani Stop!" She squeals I bang my hand against the door and then it swings open to Aspen in her bra and shorts while Daniel was fully clothed standing near the bathroom "Daniel we need to talk so Aspen get out" I push past her and shove a shirt into her hands "Uh no if you need to talk to him you can say it in front of us" she walks to his side "Actually I want to go get a coffee Jack lets go" he grabs his phone and wallet and then follows me to the car The ride was silent apart from Daniels fingers tapping against the arm rest. I pull up at Skylar's favourite café and I see Daniel tense up. I climb out of the car and we get our drinks and I walk to the booth he found her sitting in when they first met. He sits down and I place down my coffee and he looks out the window. "What happened" I cross my arms "What do you mean?" He looks at me "What happened between you and Sky after her last performance. You are both acting weird" I roll my eyes "Nothing we just stated that we can't have anything happen between us and she wanted time to process everything" Daniel shrugs "Daniel" I snarl and he sighs "I kissed her" he mumbles "Dude!" I feel both our worlds collide as the sentence slips out of his mouth My world was confused while his was broken. Why would he do that!? "It happened randomly and I apologised and said it was a mistake" Daniel murmurs "Dude you understand that's probably what has sent her into depression" I feel my hands curl into fists "What?" He looks at me in confusion "She is depressed because of those four words" I shake my head "It was a mistake?" He frowns My phone buzzes and it's her posting a photo so I click on it and my heart skips a beat.

"Check her recent" I sigh and he pulls out his phone I watch his eyes grow wide and then he slams his phone on the table. "I can't do this anymore dude...it's so hard to live in the same house as her when I'm with another girl. I'm in love with Skylar but I'm in love with Aspen" Daniel groans "We all know you don't love Aspen" I shake my head "I do Jack I really do" Daniel sighs running a hand through his messy hair "No you don't Daniel. We all know Skylar is the one you are just to oblivious to the fact she is crying about you and the fact those songs were about you and the fact she is still in love with you!" I stand up and throw a 5 dollar bill on the table and storm out leaving him speechless I need to get back before she leaves the house. "Wait up Jack!" Daniel yells chasing after me as I climb into the car He dives into the passenger seat and I start driving as fast as I can towards the house. I pull up and I dive out of the car and the front door opens to Skylar fully dressed up and ready to party. "Hey Jack...oh" she looks over my shoulder at Daniel "Woah" he mumbles "You can't leave" I grab her wrist and she tries to pull away "You can't control me Jack" she whispers "I don't care Skylar you aren't leaving" I throw her over my shoulder and she starts screaming "Please just leave me alone!" She shrieks "Jack!" Kayla runs towards me but I shake my head and she stops "Daniel" Aspen runs up to him and tries to kiss him but he pulls away quickly "Daniel?" She frowns "I need to talk to Skylar" he pulls Skylar off me and carries her bridal style towards her room. "DANIEL" Aspen yells trying to catch him but I throw her over my shoulder and carry her up to Daniel room I lock her in and I walk to Kayla. "Now we wait" I look towards Skylar's room and Kayla nods.
