The visit

Barry's POV

It's been a month sense Hal confessed he loved me. We have been dating and it's been amazing for me. I walked into the Justice Leagues headquarters with a smile.
"Woah...someone's happy." Wonder Woman said with a smirk as I passed her. I looked back as I nodded my head "it's a wonderful day." I said making my way to the meeting room. It was just going to be me, superman, Martian ManHunter, Hawkgirl, Hal or Green Lantern, and Aquaman. Of course Wonder Woman and Batman already knew what was going on, their like the holy trinity; Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman.

I opened up the door of the meeting room and looked around, everyone was there....well, everyone except for Hal?

I sat down and looked around the room once more and checked my phone, Hal should be here, I'm the one who's always late not him. There are no texts from him on my screen, and thanks to my phones ability to show me the time, Hal was already 8 minutes late, soon to be ten. This really wasn't like Hal at all. I looked over at Superman then asked if I could call Hal to see if he's gonna make it. With Superman's yes, I walked out of the room and pressed Hal's number. While waiting for Hal to answer, I peered into the meeting room  and chuckled, Clark was showing the Martian ManHunter his photos from his Vacation with Louis. ManHunter looked at me and mouthed 'help' I held back a laugh as I closed the door completely

Hal's POV

I glanced down at my phone that was illuminating at the sudden call from Barry. I declined the call and sent a text.

GreenNightLight: hey Bear, I can't make it. Sorry some Green Lantern wants to make me suffer and go to another space mission.

CareBear: oh...when will you be back?

GreenNightLight: In a flash 😂😂😂...........before you wake up for work I should be there.

CareBear:😑, ok just stay safe. I'll tell the League and then tell you what the meeting was about.

GreenNightLight: ok, ti amo~

CareBear: I love you to.

I closed my phone and shoved it into my pocket with a sigh. I hate lying to Barry...but I need to do this. I had the criminal records of the prison, so I know exactly where Stella is. All it took was me knowing a few police friends, and my trusty ring to guarantee my entrance to this prison.

I walked in and told the guard who I wanted to speak to, of course the guard let me in. With that I watched a long black haired middle aged woman, a long tattoo of a Phoenix on her arm. I let out an annoyed sigh as she was placed sitting before me. She glazed up at me, she was the same height, her smile only grew as she folded her arms. "The great Green Lantern, to what do I owe this honor?" Her voice was dripping with sarcasm as she blinked her eyes.

I smiled at this, she had no idea what was coming her way. "Don't play dumb with me, you decided to attack the flash, I watched the fight footage and I know that you only really went for the flash. I want to know why." I yelled to her. "Do you know what you made him do to himself?!"

For a moment her eyes showed a glimpse of pity, but that was soon replaced with a wicked laughter.
"I am but a pawn, and you are no king that anyone should fear." She said laughing her wicked laugh.

"Oh I think you should be afraid." I told her as I stood up.
