Hals POV

There's no way I'm going to leave Barry. I'd rather be turned into Parallax and made to suffer for eternity than leave my Barry. I just need to be careful and smart about what I do until this whole thing dies down.

I opened up the door to see Barry sitting at the table with more than ten folders plastered out all around him. The folders containing pictures and evidence from a murder no doubt. I saw the dark rings under Barry's soft eyes as he wrote something down on a report. When I closed the door Barry jumped in his seat and looked up to me. "There you are! I was so worried Hal! You can't just fly off to who knows where doing who knows what whenever you feel like it!" Barry said staying up and waving his arms around as he yelled.

I walked over to Barry and held his hand. "You're absolutely right Bear...I'm so sorry for making you worried about me. I guess I just never had....I never thought that someone would care how long I was away or what I was doing..." I said looking down into Barry's beautiful blue eyes. "Well I do care...your not alone anymore. I'm here for you" Barry said kissing me gently.

"There's something I need to tell you..." I said opening my eyes slowly. I walked over to the couch holding Barry's hand. I waited until he sat down.

I looked over at Barry, his cris crossed legs and his confused head tilted a little.

"I....I got a warning from another Lantern....about Parallax." I started, I heard a small gasp from Barry, I continued on with a sigh. "I guess they can make me turn into...into Parallax at their choosing instead of mine. They can...make me turn into him Barry. I won't have any control over myself. He could hurt the League. He could hurt citizens and other civilians. He...he could hurt you." I whispered looking at Barry as I hugged myself. Trying to stop me from crying. "I can't lose you Barry. You're the best thing that's happened to me. You make me a better person." I whispered. I could feel cold tears leaving my eyes and going down my face to my jacket.

I could feel Barry take my hand into his as he moved closer to me so that there was barely any room between the two of us. "I love you Hal. Thank you so much for telling me this. We can get through this together. Hal look at me. "

I raised my head from my knees to see Barry's soft smile and his calming blue eyes. "I'm not going to leave you. I promise you. I'm not going anywhere....I promise." Barry said placing his forehead to mine. I soon felt his arms rap around me as I was placed into Barry's lap like a baby. "Bear...I'm fine." I said. Barry shook his head as he held me close and started to sing softly.

You make me happy  when sky's are grey
You'll never know dear
How much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away"

His voice sounded like an angel. I
Smiled as I felt my eyes close. "Ti amo."
I said with a yawn.

Iris POV

I walked into Barry's house because I forgot the keys to my office here.

I looked at the couch to see Barry resting on Hal's chest as Hal's arms raped around Barry.

I smiled and got a blanket for the two sleepy love birds.

I grabbed my keys and then closed the door softly.
