Next Step

Stella POV

I walked out of the prison with all charges dropped, it helps to have rich teammates. Once I left the prison I was greeted with a limo zine waiting for me.
I walked up to it and opened the door.
"Come in." Lex Luther said obviously annoyed. I sat down and closed the door behind me. "Are you ready for the next step?" Lex questioned. I nodded my head slowly as I gazed out the window. " I just do not know why this must be done....to him." I stated. Sure I'm a villain, and we aren't supposed to care about thing like this. I don't, I only want the money that comes, Lex and I are only pawns for the game. But there is no harm in asking around. Lex let out a sigh as he stated "I don't know the history behind them, but someone with lots of money for people like you and lot of knowledge for people like me wants him to be suffering a fate even worse than death." He said quietly. I looked at him to see if he was going to tell me any more. Apparently not. I nodded as I went back to gazing out the window.

"So onto the next step then." I said with a heavy sigh. "Hopefully the last step in their crazy plan..." Lex Luther stated as I looked out of the corner of my eyes to
see him on the computer, rewritingo a new code for his company no doubt.

"I hope that you had no problems in the prison." He said trying to start a conversation. "Non other than the Lantern stoping by to ask me why I attacked the Flash, as well as who I work for. " I looked at Lex to see a worried look in his eyes as I quickly said "All of those questions where met with no answer." He let out a breath of relief as he continued typing.

I pushed some of my hair out of my eyes. And then closed my eyes.

Let me get this straight, I don't want to be the bad guy in all of this, I just wanted to be a mom. My daughter is sick with a virus that needs a whole lot of money to be cured. I used to work as a military agent before I got mixed up in all of this super villain junk. I just want my baby to be healthy and alive. And if that means that I have to hurt a superhero then by all means, I will not hesitate. I will protect my child with my life.
