Parallax

Hal's POV

I woke up and saw Barry and I laying on the couch. We look adorable...I gazed at me under Barry and how Barry's face mushed up on my jacket in that cute way. WAIT WHAT?? Why am I seeing me and Barry from a third person point of view? Why am I just floating around my body? Am I dead? looked down at my hands to see them crystal clear. I went over to my phone to see myself pass through the phone.

I went over to look at me?

The one on the couch. I put my hands on my hips as I leaned over this other me. I could see that he was breathing. That Hal got up, not waking up Barry as he slid out and places a pillow under is head. He then yawned and smiled at me. "Why Hello Hal." He said. I then noticed the grey streak in his hair and the devilish smile plastered across his face. "I'm back !" He said as his suit flowed yellow.

Parallax.

He was in my body! I'm a ghost?! I looked back to Parallax who stretched as he them looked at me. "Don't look so glum Hal. This was inevitable."Parallax then looked over at Barry with a smile that could scare Batman himself.

Barry's POV

I woke up expecting to see Hal's loving face looking back at me. Instead I saw a metal wall. I'm in a metal room? I moved my legs to find them ties up. As well as my arms. I tried vibrating but that didn't do anything at all.

This isn't good

I scooted over to the door on the wall. I didn't see any door knob or code panel anywhere. I didn't see any sign that would help me get out of this. What am I going to do?My eyes took a while to get used to the darkness of the room before I then saw the door open and Parallax walk through. Parallax!! He's back. I swallowed hard as I looked up at Parallax.

Parallax looked at me and then bent down on one knee so that he was still a little taller but generally the same height as me. "Greetings Barry." I opened my mouth to say something when I then realized that it was covered in a metal bar like electronic. "I have captured the Justice League. I have killed thousands of people!" Parallax said with a laugh. "I have kept you in here for weeks!" Weeks? Have I been asleep for that long?? "I have done this all, hearing the screams of Hal and of children as I slaughtered people by the dozens! But I still want more." Parallax said looking into my eyes.

He grabbed my chin and smiled. "I still
need more!" Parallax said with a laugh. That wasn't the sweet Hal's laugh. That was the laugh of a lunatics laugh who had no intention of letting my Hal go.

"I am going to come back for you in 2 hours Barry Allen. I will then give to you what you deserve. " Parallax said strolling out of the dark room. Once the door slammed shut, some of the light immediately decreased dramatically. I took a deep breath as I felt my back lean on the cold wall. I pulled my legs up to my chest as I rested my head on my knees. I need to get my Hal back before Parallax does even more damage than he already has. I need Hal. I made him a promise, and I'm not going to break that promise anytime soon. I just need a plan.
I took a deep breath and closed my eyes, I need to relax and keep my hopes up. I then heard a voice. It was Parallax's, for a moment I thought that I had used up my two hours, but thankfully the only thing that I heard was "here is a chance for you to say  any  last words or statements in case anything shall happen to you." With that, I saw a bright yellow pen float over to me.I looked at my tied shaking hands and back at the pen in confusion.
"Please say Ready when you wish to start the recording. " a female voice stated from the pen.

Hal's POV

I could do nothing but watch and hear all the screams and terrors that Parallax had caused. I watched as Parallax took all of my fellow Justice League members and broke their bones and made them go into a cell screaming. I had felt a wave of relief watching Parallax leave Barry alone. But nothing good lasts forever I guess . I watched in terror as Parallax came into the room and pulled Barry up. I watched as Barry flinched but seemed to be calm. Parallax walked over with Barry to the window of the WatchTower.

"Do you see all those people." Parallax asked Barry. I saw how Barry's eyes looked at the earth and stayed there. Not making eyes contact with Parallax. This only seemed to anger Parallax as he grabbed Barry's hair and made Barry look at him. Get his hands off my Barry! But I could only watch as Barry gazed upon Parallax. I felt my throat close up and my heart start racing. What is he going to do to my Barry?

"I hate to see my beautiful young man suffer..." Parallax said placing a hand onto Barry's check. I could feel the rage boiling up in me. I wanted to scream at Barry to run or something, but Barry had the cuffs cutting off his piers on his legs, and no one can even hear me. Well, no one but Parallax.  "I'm not yours. I will never be yours. My love is only for Hal, and you are no being worthy of love." Barry stated. His voice dripping with venom to Parallax. "Maybe so....but I can make your loved one suffer." Parallax said in a whisper. "I can make your loved one suffer....I CAN MAKE YOUR LOVED ONE SUFFER!" Parallax yelled as he forged a knife with his ring.

"NOO!!" I yelled as I ran to Parallax trying to stop him. But I knew there was no use. Nothing I could do would stop him.
