Ranveer - Fire

Several rounds have passed today, and me and Zaid had won every single one we had faced.

I barley won my semi-final round against a guy named Kurt in grade 10.

It was time for the finals of the school Fire tournament.

Whoever won this would be advancing to the huge tournament that was with every school in the school board.

I wanted it so bad.

I can almost taste it.

It kind of sucks that I have to beat- I mean fight Zaid.

But let's be honest.

I'm gonna win.

I stepped up to the arena and glared at Zaid.

"FIGHT!" Exclaimed the official.

Zaid ran towards me and shot fire out of his palms.

Fire users can absorb fire, but if they don't act fast enough to absorb it, it'll burn them.

I ducked and rolled to dodge it.

I got up and yelled;

"FIRE FIST!"

I lit my hand on fire and ran towards him.

I gave him a huge punch to the face that sent him flying across the arena.

He quickly got up and put his hands in an "I'm looking into a crystal ball" kind of formation.

"Fire Orb!" He yelled.

A ball of fire emerged from his hands and he shot it at me.

It moved at like .00000000001 km per hour.

When it reached like half the distance between me and him, he stretched his hands out and said;

"DISPERSE!"

The big fire ball broke up into hundreds of mini fire balls, that came towards me at lightning speed.

I had no time to think.

I got several burns all over my body.

I collapsed to the floor, screaming in agony and pain. He ran towards me and kicked me straight in the face.

It sent me flying back.

I got back up when we were at a reasonable distance apart and I pulled out my spear.

I lit it on fire and I charged towards me.

He pulled out his little gun and froze my spear with ice.

Honestly I think that gun is too unfair.

He pulled the trigger on the gun and a claw attached to a rope hit shot at me.

The claw gripped onto my face and pulled me towards Zaid.

I had to think.

I pulled out a knife and cut the rope.

I guess Zaid was pulling back really hard to reel me in like a fish, because when I cut the rope he flew backwards.

This was my chance to attack.

"Fire Roar!" I Exclaimed.

I breathed a heaping amount of fire and his only way to dodge was to roll.

He got up and I guess he was trying to use his gun, but he was out of fire energy.

I watched as he pulled out some pills that looked like medicine tablets.

"That's your way of fighting? DRUGS!?!" I yelled, laughing.

"No you dimwit. These aren't drugs."  He snapped.

He swallowed a DRUG k I'll stop with a big gulp of water and he seemed to be overflowing with fire energy.

I saw him extend his arms and put them into the shape of an x.

No way.

There's only one technique where you have to do that.

The volcano.

"VOLCANO!" He yelled.

That technique takes 90% of your fire energy. Did those pills give him more energy? If so where can I get them?

Wait no he probably found them from some guy in a dark alley.

A shower of fire came raging down on me.

There was no way to defend myself.

The only way that I wouldn't get fried like a won ton was to jump off.

I sprinted towards the edge of the platform and I swan dove off.

I swam up out of the water and heard the official say;

"The winner; Advancing to the ultimate tournament against all the schools! ZAID ALHAMAZIZAWIMA k I can't pronounce your last name I'm sorry"

Zaid, if you're reading this I'm sorry if it offended you. But seriously it took me months to be able to pronounce your last name when we first met. 🤣

And I know Zaid would never buy stuff from a guy in a dark corner. Zaid is a good boy.
