"What?" Asked Hana.
"You heard me." I said.
The door opened and nurse Connel walked into the room.
"I better go." I said, walking out of the room.
I closed the door behind me and walked away.
Hana - Wind
That was dramatic. Is Laaibah really gonna sabotage me? Or has she already done so? So many questions running through my mind, yet so little answers.
"Alright Hana let me see your arms." Said Nurse Connel.
I rolled up my sleeves and extended my arms. Nurse Connel grabbed a "rolly stool" and rolled over to me. She took my arms gently and began examining them. I looked at my arms and saw scars and bruises everywhere.
"Just nod yes whenever it hurts." She said.
She squeezed my arm.
I nodded.
She poked my wrist.
I nodded.
She began playing with my fingers.
I nodded.
Let me take a look at your back. Turn around.
I turned around and rolled up the backside of my sweater. She began touching and poking my back. It hurt everywhere.
"You're pretty beat up." She said. "Here."
She handed me a piece of paper.
"It's a schedule for physiotherapy. Come in once every week and you should be up and running in a few months." She said.
"A few months?" I asked. "No, you don't understand. I have to fight in the tournament."
"I'm afraid the damage is too serious." She said. "Laaibah will have to take your place."
Laaibah.
I stormed out of the nurses office in search of Laaibah. I caught her talking to Arwen and Alicia in the Halls. I furiously marched over to them.
"Oh hey Hana-" I cut Arwen off.
I grabbed Laaibah by the shoulders and smashed her against the lockers.
"WHAT DID YOU DO!?!?" I yelled.
"W-What do you mean?" She asked, frightened.
"THE NURSE SAID I CANT FIGHT. AND YOU SAID 'IM GONNA MAKE SURE YOU GET DISQUALIFIED' REMEMBER?" I screamed.
"Hana, this is all a big misunderstanding." She said.
"Oh so you mean to tell me that me being disqualified right after you threaten to make me get disqualified a misunderstanding!?!?l" I said.
"Yes! It was a dare from Arwen!" She Exclaimed.
I let go of her.
"Wait. So you mean you didn't sabotage me?" I asked.
"Of course not. We're friends, remember?" She reassured me.
"Right." I said. "I... I gotta go."
Laaibah - Wind
"She bought that right?" I asked Arwen.
