The same day
It was now 8 in the morning, and everyone in LA, California knew that. Except for the two boys.

An Account of Stevie Wynne Levine
This is my second day driving to work without my bosses waiting for me at the studio. I saw Link yesterday morning, and Rhett the day before that, but I haven't seen either of them since.

This is also the first day that a GMM episode hasn't been launched. I pick up my phone and look for a text from either boss. Nothing. I look at instagram. A Mythical Beast has sent me a Direct Message. It reads: Hey Stevie! I love everything you do and how committed you are. But is something wrong? Is GMM going on hiatus without me knowing? Are the guys ok?

I can't answer any of those questions. I think for a minute. I start typing. By the time I finish, I'm at the studio. I sit in the parking lot, and I click send. My reply reads: Thank you for being a committed Mythical Beast! We love you guys! I saw Link yesterday morning, and he told me to tell you guys that GMM won't be uploaded today. Then, he drove off. Rhett didn't come to studio yesterday at all, so Link went to go look for him. He hasn't come back since. Neither has Rhett. To answer your questions, I don't know how long GMM will be off air, but I promise you as soon as the guys come back, we can get it rolling again. I honestly don't know if everything's okay. I don't know where Link went, and it seems like Rhett disappeared. Are the guys okay? I don't think so. Are the guys gonna be okay? I can't say, but probably. Don't worry, and watch previous episodes. I'll get back to you if I find out anything. Be your mythical best!

I answer those questions truthfully, too. I don't know where they are, or if they're coming back. I text Link as I walk in. I ask him if everything's okay. He doesn't answer. The Mythical Beast replies to me: Oh no! I hope they're okay!

I open the door. Everyone looks at me. I shake my head, communicating to everyone that I don't know where they are. At all. An hour goes by. Still, no reply from Link. I don't try to text Rhett, because if Link didn't answer and he went looking for Rhett, I know that Rhett's definitely unavailable. I decide to leave. I tell everyone to keep working, and I walk out. I want to go tell my bosses' families the disturbing news: your husbands... your dads... they're nowhere where I can get hold of them.
