Even though the news of the disappearance had gone out on every social media and all the Mythical Beasts had been notified that GMM was going to be (hopefully only temporarily) off air, there was still negative feedback. A lot of negative feedback.

Every day for the past six days since Rhett and Link went missing, all of the crew members checked their phones as they woke up. The reason being to see if any subscribers were lost, or any rumors were being formed. And actually, over the past two or three days, rumors were starting to form and spread. Rumors about what had happened to the boys. That past Saturday, somebody had made a rumor on Instagram stating that Rhett and Link might've gathered their families and run away to somewhere out-of-country to find a real cockatrice, and may never come back.

The crazy stuff that people come up with. Crazy stuff.

Of course, the crew had laughed when they came across that one. There were more. Lots more. Even crazier than that one. But... some of them were pretty close to what actually happened. One person actually guessed that the two had been lured into some dark, secret place in LA somehow, by... by someone.

Although the location of Rhett and Link was unknown, that was a pretty good guess.

But on Monday, March 12th at 7:00 a.m. when the crew got up and checked their phones, the subscriber count on GMM had gone down. A lot. Sure, the number of subscribers that were being lost every day increased a little, but never too much. On that Monday, however, 2 million people decided that they didn't want to be Mythical Beasts anymore. The button was clicked, and the damage was done. Overall, including the two million that were lost on Monday morning, GMM had lost approximately 4 million subscribers. The channel had gone from 13 million to a mere 9 million. As soon as Stevie saw this, her mouth fell open in disbelief.

This show had given her opportunities. She'd made relationships with amazing people (including her bosses) through this show. Good Mythical Morning. A real blessing to be apart of, if you think about it. It taught her how to be responsible, but in a fun way. Something exciting was always happening at Mythical Entertainment.

Just the other week, her and the two boys had laughed over an idea for a video. It was a great idea: they wanted to turn Link into a human tea bag. It ended up going on the internet, too.

"Alright, so we need an idea for a segment of the show in a couple days. Any ideas, Stevie?", Rhett looked at her with hopefulness, while Link looked down at his computer screen, ready to type. She never disappointed. She thought for a minute. Then, she raised her eyebrows and smiled.

"Well, you guys know how we've been turning Link into human food items lately?", she asked. Link looked up. Her bosses both nodded. "We can do drink, next. Instead of food." She thought for a few more minutes. "Ah! A teabag! Rhett could turn you into a human teabag. That would be a seller", she exclaimed. "Haha, yeah it would!", Link chuckled. He started typing.

Rhett reached over and gave her a fist bump. "Ya done it again, maestro. Really appreciate you. For real", he smiled. Stevie looked down and smiled. Link looked up at her. She met his eyes. "Love ya, girl. You're amazing!", he gave her this goofy grin that made her laugh.

Rhett nodded as if to say "Link is right on the money. You're pretty awesome".

The video idea came to life a few days after.

Stevie bit down hard on her fist as she looked at her phone screen. At the channel that she helped produce. It was something about that day that made her choke up. When they said what they had said to her, and encouraged her, and helped her to realize that's she was a pretty creative person; now those same two people that she'd worked with for so many years and that always had something enlightening to say, yeah, they were gone now.

A memory-filled teardrop scurried down her cheek, and she quickly wiped it away. Her dog Enzo came up beside her. He whined, worried about her. She solemnly smiled and rubbed him. He received a kiss on the top of his head. He gave one right back. Right on her cheek. She giggled, and got out of bed. She had to do something. She wanted Rhett and Link back. Rather alive than dead.
