Kyoya's POV
Emotions are a fickle thing. I wish I was far away where they wouldn't be able to touch me... But even if they couldn't, I'd still bet money that Delphie could. I hit the alarm clock and got up.

Delphie's POV
I walked into class staring at my feet. I felt my body gently sway. We had interviews of maids and butlers till 2am. And I get up at 5 for school. I heard a girl behind me, "Why did she get to alter her uniform?"
Then I heard from in the hallway near her, "Don't get on her bad side. She's the CEO of Hope Enterprise." The other girl said, "So its because she's richest of the rich. Ha! Of course that makes sense."
I sat at my desk. I closed my eyes but all the faces of the applicants faces still flashed in front of me. I hate my memory sometimes. I sat trying to drown out my thoughts.
Then it went to something one of my advisors said last night over the phone.
--memory--
He said, "I know you're CEO." I responded, "Yes, what's the matter. Is one of our locations in a struggling financial state?" He gently laughed, "No Miss Hontozuru. Yet you understand there needs to be a future heir to the business."
Oh family and kids... I gently sighed, "Sir please understand I'm in high school. Also I have a will. I placed the business in capable hands if I was to die." Technically I left it to Lilac. Dads voice rang in my head, "All your life is a failure!"
He stated, "You go to Ouran. That's the perfect place to find a co-leader to the business!" I felt slightly defeated, "Alright I'll see." He sounded happy, "Alright Miss."
--end memory--
I was brought out of my thoughts by a pat on the back. I looked up to see Tamaki. What is it? He said, "Delphie you seemed far off in space? Are you okay? We're here for you." I gently smiled, "I'm fine Tamaki." He smiled, "I remember when you called me Suou."
So even Tamaki can be serious from time to time. But who would I be engaged to? I don't know... I smiled, "Yeah, Suou." He whined turning to Kyoya, "Mommy help me. Our daughter is calling me Suou!" Tamaki's personality does 180s so quickly.
Kyoya's POV
I turned to Tamaki who was proclaiming in class that Delphie had called him Suou. I said, "It's fine Daddy. She's okay." So, wait...
I opened my notebook to the page about Delphie. Tamaki said, "But mommy!" I sighed, "Delphie please just call him Tamaki." She whined, "Okay Kyo-chan. It's all fine Tamaki." I picked up my pencil and wrote.
'So me and Tamaki's "daughters." Well he's in love with one. And I'm growing attraction to the other.
I think I'm at most ease when she calls me Kyo-chan.'Tamaki sat down beside me as I slapped my notebook closed. He said, "Thanks for helping me with our daughter Kyoya." I said, "No problem." He's adopted her as an addition to his family. It's actually sweet, cause he tries to already keep all us hosts together. Delphie is the little addition.

Delphie sits at the same table. Everyday alone when she comes. I noticed her hair hitting the table with her head leaned forward. As always she's reading. I felt a gentle smile hit my lips as I instantly returned to my clients.
The "kyaas" and star stuck eyes showed me how much it affected them. But Delphie... She's different. How do I affect her? How can I gain her attention? I really need to find out if she's engaged. Did her dad even care to? Probably not...
-----
Club time was over and Delphie had left. Me, Mori, Honey and Haruhi were cleaning up the room. Honey came up to me and said in a cutesy tone, "You like Del-chan don't you?" I pushed the chair in, "Umm..." Honey replied, "I can tell by the way you look at her."
I turned to him, "How?" Honey grinned, "You smiled after looking at her today." Honey and his observation skills... I sighed, "Maybe I do but..." Honey cut me off, "But what? Your dad would approve of her. Based off her finances and position." I said, "But what if she says no or doesn't like me?"
Honey scratched his head, "True, true Kyo-chan. Yet you won't know unless you try. You might want to send an engagement proposal." I looked at Honey and his eyes that shown earnest care.
Haruhi chimed in, "I think Delphie would be good with someone like you. It was obvious yesterday when you went searching for her and asked all of us for help." Honey added, "Yeah, it's obvious that you care."
I sighed, "So I should send a engagement proposal?" Mori stated, "You should." And the room went silent to let his words sink in. I guess I'll type it tonight and express mail it so it'll be delivered tomorrow.

Delphie's POV
I was sitting at my desk when John came up to me. A slight smile gracing his face. His black hair straight and neat. His blue eyes holding curiosity. I nodded to my now head butler, "Yes, John?"
He placed a pile of papers on the desk, "I'd recommend you check the mail, miss." I took the pile as he stood there. Lilac came in a youthful joy on her face although she was 36. Her lavender eyes bright and chestnut hair bouncy.
I read it out loud due to their obvious excitement, "Phone bill... electric bill... water bill... letter from Ouran... letter from a Fredrick Mar... letter from Ootori... What's the fuss?" Lilac gleamed, "Mar and Ootori! Maybe it's an engagement proposal for you!"
I said, "Mar... Mar... Mar... I don't think I've ever seen or heard that name before." I searched my memory but couldn't find the name Mar. I typed on the Laptop 'Fredrick Mar.' It instantly popped up a brown haired man with green eyes. But his eyes and smile came across as suspicious to me.
'Mar Hotels are taking over the globe!' Read one news article that came up. But blatantly to say, I've never seen or heard up such a place. So I ended up clicking on the biography of him.
'Fredrick Mar
Age:20
Born:February 25th XXXX
Born to Elise Mar and David Mar in America. Has recently became a billionaire based of Mar Hotels which he opened only 2 years ago in XXXX. Attended Freedmint High School and graduated at 17. Of European descent but born American.'I looked at Lilac, "Lilac, this Fredrick Mar is American. And four years older than me. Why would I marry him?" Lilac sighed as John slipped out of the room, "Well you need to be, eventually. As long as it's no man like Edri I don't mind."
I opened the bills and wrote checks to be delivered to the places by Ed tomorrow. Then I was left staring at the letter from Mar, Ouran and Ootori. I opened the Ouran letter and let out a sigh of relief.
'We are pleased to say Miss Hontozuru is doing so well in her classes. If she wishes to move up to class 3-A she just needs to ask.
-Headmaster Suou'
I kept staring at the letters from Ootori and Mar. Hmm... now which one of these to open first?
