Kyoya's POV

I stood at me and Delphie's lot. 15 acres with a small lake in it that takes up about an acre. It had a wood gazebo by it. It was calm, it had some trees. The entire field was covered in nice green grass. The houses roofs were going on today. Black roofs on houses with white siding.

The main house, or me and Delphie's house was small. Yet that's how Delphie wanted it. Roof should be done at midday. Then all the furniture will be moved in. Our house had a finished basement that had a bathroom in it as well. The first floor had two offices and a big living room that the stairs to the second floor came to. The house is wide and a little back. It also had a walk in supply closet.

The first floor also had a dining room, kitchen, family room and a den. On the second floor there are 18 bedrooms. Eight of them built as master style bedrooms. Then there being five regular bathrooms for the other bedrooms. Then the attic was neat and going to turn out big and spacious.

Then 500 feet away stood a 3 story house that also had an attic and basement. The house for our staff. 30 maids, 20 butlers, 3 chauffeurs, 10 chefs, 15 gardeners, 4 doctors and 6 nurses. The house is as wide as ours but goes farther back. 30 bedrooms in the basement with 10 bathrooms for the gardeners, doctors, nurses and chauffeurs. With 2 extra rooms for more chauffeurs.

30 bedrooms on the second floor with 10 bathrooms for all the maids. 30 bedrooms on the top floor with 10 bathrooms for the chefs and butlers. The attic an area that would be made a library for them, calm and peaceful. The first floor had 5 bedrooms for nannies or other staff that didn't have a room.

The first floor also had 4 separate living rooms, a kitchen, two dining rooms and a storage supply room. Also having 7 bathrooms on the floor. The hardest part to believe is Delphie drafted all the housing designs herself.

I said, "It should all be ready by tonight." I smiled, this is your dream house Delphie. I know you don't like that we'll have a grand total of 304 at our wedding. Considering you only had 6 people that weren't the hosts you wanted there. Well then she added one more.

I hope the imbecile doesn't cause any trouble today seeing as he's the best man. I let out a sigh and returned my gaze to me and Delphie's white house. Then I turned to stare at the 10ft tall white fence that surrounded the entire property. She doesn't want anyone breaking in for sure. The driveway up to the house was half an acre long.

I think I'll like this quiet private place. The main noise will be the staff of 88. That we placed a cap of 95. Cause Delphie says we don't need too many workers cause the ones we already have can share the workload.

I wasn't really surprised five days ago.

Delphie stared up at me, "Kyoya." I turned and stared into her blue eyes, "Yes?" She softly said, "I know we won't see each other after this till the actual wedding... So I had a question." I replied, "What is it?" She softly mumbled, "How many kids do yo want?"

Delphie's 18 now and she's already thinking about it. I responded, "I don't know. I mean I have a big sister and two big brothers. So I'm the youngest of four. While in comparison you're an only child. So... Maybe 2 or 3 would be the right amount." Delphie nodded, "Okay well I'm off."
