Bambi (Completed)

Chapter 49

Tevin had rushed to call 9-1-1 and then pulled his shirt off to cover Bambi's chest as Beah quickly opened the door as she then heard the ambulance arriving. His tears ran down his face as he hoped and prayed she was still alive because he got no movement and couldn't tell if Bambi was still breathing.

Both paramedics walked into the house. One hurried to attend to Bambi as the other went to check on Majestic, but Majestic was shot several times. He had no chance of surviving and he did not. The paramedic then quickly called for police to arrive. Both paramedics then rushed to put Bambi onto the stretcher. "Is she gonna be alright." He Asked as he tried following them out, but the police had already pulled up as well.

"Sir, lets have a seat." Said the police as more paramedics arrived, police, and the coroners arrived as well. Beah needed to been too by a paramedic due to the fact that she was so distraught. They rushed her out as well. "Sir would you mind telling us what happened here?" Asked the police officer.

"He shot her." Said Tevin as he watched the paramedics take Bambi and her mother to the hospital. "Who shot who?" Asked the police officer. "Majestic- he- he shot Bambi, so I shot him." Said Tevin as his tears started to fall some more.

The shorter police officer was ready to handcuff Tevin, but the more experienced officer used him arm to prevent him from arresting him (officer Jacobs). Officer Jacob's new about Majestic and his crew. "Say uh I'll take it over from here." Said Officer Jacob's to his partner. His partner then walked to the front door to make sure no one came in our out, except for the people that had to document the crime scene.

"What is your name?" Asked Jacobs. "Tevin- Tevin Kemp." Said Tevin as he wiped his tears. "Listen closely, I need you to tell me what exactly happened because this could play out as self defense. You could possibly have saved a life depending on if she lives or not." Said Jacobs.

Tevin nodded his head as he then explained the whole story. "So you came to get her and then he shot Bambi so you shot him?" Asked the officer. "That's exactly what happened." Said Tevin. "Alright... lets go down to the station for more questions, I need your prints." Said the officer.

"You're going to arrest me after I just told you what the fuck just happened!" Snapped Tevin as he became furious. "No sir that's not what I'm doing, no one is arrested but if you don't come with me I will have to arrest you. Look I know of Majestic. I've been trying to pin his ass down since I got ahold of his file. Now, come with me." Said the officer.

Tevin followed Jacob down to the police station. What Jacob really needed was a witness, so he had to hold on to Tevin while he figured out if Tevin was telling the truth or not.

Tevin was put into a holding cell for the time being and he was pissed, but officer Jacobs had to do his job.

He took a trip down the hospital to check on Beah, but also asked about Bambi. "I need to speak with the woman that arrived here along with another lady that was shot." Said Jacobs.

"Yes, Beah Rivers. She's in room 43." Said the lady at the front desk. "Will the other lady be ok? Just asking." Asked Jacobs. " I can not disclose that information. You'll have to be family and that information is only something the doctor can tell you, now right down that hallway is where you'll find Beah." Said the black woman.

"Thank you." Said Jacobs. "You're welcome."

Jacobs made his way to the room and knocked on the door before for walking in, "Beah Rivers?" Asked Jacob. "Yes." She answered as her tears continued to fall. "I have a question that I need to ask you." Said Jacobs as he took a seat. "Now when you walked downstairs, who shot your daughter?" Asked Jacobs.

"That bastard, Majestic. It was Majestic. He shot her, he shot her right in front of me." Said Beah as she cried. "And then Tevin shot Majestic?" Asked Jacobs. "Yes and I hope he killed that bastard!" Shouted Beah.

So Tevin's story played out. Everything Tevin had told the police officer is basically what Beah had told as well. Later that night, Tevin was released. He was released because the police found nothing on him and he had also got a call from the hospital. The doctor let it be known that Bambi would live. She was shot one inch away from her heart.

"I don't think she'll understand how lucky she is. She was shot with one of the most powerful guns." Said the doctor as he spoke to the nurse that worked with him. They both walked back into Bambi's room.
