"I'm fine baby, I was just worried about you. What did you get me?" Asked Ebony with a smile as she then locked her front door. Zashianna pulled out a small, brown teddy bear, and some snacks. Here mom." Said Zashianna as they both smiled.

[Two Days Later...]
Tevin had looked at two other apartments and he wasn't feeling them at all. Finally his realtor called him with a lovely house that she thought he'd love without a doubt. "Mr. Kemp, I have a beautiful three bedroom house that you should take a look at. Now, I know earlier you told me it's just you and your sister, but this home is beautiful and it's being sold for the price of a two bedroom. Would you be willing to take a look at it?" Asked Kimberly.
Tevin had just walked out of the barber shop from getting his beard trimmed. He stepped out wearing a dark blue Pio Cesare mid sleeve, collard shirt, with some black Balmain Vintage Destroyed Biker Skinny Jeans. And he topped his outfit off with some all black timberlands. Tevin no longer gave a fuck. He kept his 9mm in his back pocket and his shot gun in the trunk of his car like Mink had taught him. The only person he was now very kind and nice to is his sister, A'nia. "Yeah I'll look at it." Said Tevin as popped the lock to his Audi while Kimberly gave him the address. Since A'nia was at school he headed over by himself. It was a sunny day in Los Angeles and Tevin couldn't wait to see the new house, especially to surprise his sister.
One Hour Later...
Tevin pulled into a grand sized, gated community. As you pulled in you could see six beautiful, tall palm trees outside the silver gates. "Nigga. There's no way in hell im gone get a fucking house in this bitch. And it's in Hollywood. Hell naw." Mumbled Tevin as he then put his palm over his face. The houses were different light urban colors; Tan, light brown, and white. Some where single and two stories with gorgeous balcony views. Almost all of the houses have three parking garages. Tevin put the gate code in and slowly drove to the address.
He made a left turn and after five houses, he saw Kimberly standing in her grey woman's suit with her blonde hair laying on her shoulders. She one fine ass white woman Tevin thought to himself as he parked in the drive way. He stepped out the car and Kimberly clutched onto her suitcase. The last two apartments she had showed to Mr. Kemp he flirted with her as she showed the house. She did not have time for his foolishness today.
"I can tell you like it already." Smiled Kimberly. "Oh yeah, I definitely like what I see." Said Tevin as he looked right into her pretty blue eyes. Kimberly slowly rolled her eyes as she turned around. They both walked on the property. The house stood one story high, 1,350 feet of space, tall ceilings. The outside was absolutely gorgeous. The house is a light tan, with dark brown trimming, and tall windows. The front door, is a double door, dark brown, with diamond like luxury door knobs.

"So this is it, marble brown counter tops, dark brown wooden cabinets... if you'd like the owner doesn't mind changing the color of the floor if the wooden floors doesn't work for you." Said Kimberly as she showed the kitchen to Tevin.
"So he's not selling the home, I'll be paying rent?" Asked Tevin. "Yes. You told me you weren't ready to buy a home right?" Asked Kimberly as she tried looking through her planner. "Naw you're right, you're right. How much is asking for?" Asked Tevin.
"Two thousand, two hundred dollars, a month." Said Kimberly. "Shit not bad, not bad at all. Why he selling so cheap?" Asked Tevin. "Well he owns a lot of property, I'm not really sure." Said Kimberly, but would you like to head to the living room and then the bedrooms?" Asked Kimberly. "Lead the way Ms. Lady" Said Tevin with a smirk.
As they headed headed into the living room, Tevin just had to ask. "So you don't date black men?" Asked Tevin. "Mr. Kemp, please no personal questions but if you must know, I date all kinds of men, I just don't like mixing business with pleasure. Now let me show you your room." Said Kimberly.
"Show me the kitchen again." Said Tevin. Kimberly turned around and looked at him with a confused look, "again?" Asked Kimberly. "Yes, again." Kimberly silently sighed and they both made their way back to the kitchen.
Kimberly put both hands flat on the brown marble counters out of frustration, "what more do you need to know about this kitchen?" Asked Kimberly as she then looked back to see Tevin walking up behind her. "I'm tryna get to know more about you, baby." Whispered Tevin as his zipper rubbed against her behind. Kimberly stood straight up quickly, "Tevin- no- nooo, I can't." She Moaned as Tevin rubbed up her skirt.
"That first apartment you showed me, you think I ain't peep how you watched me huh?" Said Tevin as he slowly turned Kimberly around to face him. "I don't know what you're talking about." Said Kimberly as she stood nose to nose with Tevin. She could feel his erection and truth be told, she wanted to feel him. And she did check him out at the first and the second apartment that she had showed him. "You don't know what I'm talking about? Move ya leg right there." Said Tevin as he slowly moved Kimberly's legs apart.
Tevin kissed Kimberly as he unzipped his jeans and Kimberly allowed it. Her eyes rolled back as she felt his soft and thick lips against her thin, pink lips. He moved her panties to the side as Kimberly lifted his shirt up. She rubbed up his back as Tevin sucked on her neck. Tevin sat Kimberly on top of the counter and then slid inside of her.
As Tevin began slowly grinding between Kimberly's thighs, his 9mm hand gun that was tucked in his pants from the back, made him a little uncomfortable, "Awwww shit- wait" He Moaned as he then grabbed his nine and sat it on the counter. "Is that a gun?" Kimberly asked as she tried pushing Tevin away. "Aye- Aye, calm down." Moaned Tevin as he started grinding between her legs again as he kissed her some more.
Kimberly knew Tevin had to be a bad boy, but the gun made her even more suspicious, but she let the feeling of his dick suppress her thoughts for the moment.
Tevin spread her legs wider, as he thrusted inside of her, "Awwwwww- awwwwwww" Kimberly moaned as she hugged tightly onto Tevin. Tevin pulled out hurriedly as he then nut between her thighs. "I want this house." Moaned Tevin as he then tapped her thigh for Kimberly to close her legs as he then zipped up his pants and tucked his nine in the back of pants.
