Jimin's POV

Gym.

I hate it.

"Today boys." Coach Jung announces, excitement playing in his wrinkled eyes,
"we're gonna play some basketball."

I feel a little relieved, I was okay with basketball. I wasn't amazing at it but hey I was somewhat decent even for my short height.

I decided to sneak in my camera that I got from Miss Baek last period.

"I'll split you into teams..." Coach Jung begins putting us into teams, I was lucky enough to be in the same team as Taehyung.

"Alright that's everyo-"

"-Wait! I'm here!" A voice shouts from the doors, the full class turns to see a slightly out of breath Yoongi.

My breath hitches in my throat as I stare at the sweating boy, he makes his way over to the coach who appears clueless, staring at the boy with a confused look on his face.

"Yoongi? But aren't you-" He was cut short by the small boy,

"-It's fine. I can play."

Coach Jung didn't seem convinced at first but nonetheless eventually gave in, putting Yoongi on the same team as Jungkook.

Luckily for me, my team was second to play so we take a seat on the wooden bleachers watching as Jungkook and Yoongi's team play the first round.

I set up my small camera, filming the two boys as they play.

"School project?" Tae asks after a while, nodding his head towards the camera. I nod before putting it away, collecting enough footage for now.

"So how have you been Taetae?"

I watch as he cringes at the nickname but ignores it by shrugging,

"So so."

I raise an eyebrow, "so so?"

He sighs, "its..." He purses his lips.

"Nothing. Its nothing." He weakly smiles, hiding the pain in his eyes. I stare at him for a minute before rubbing his back to comfort him.

"You know if you ever want to talk I'm here for you." I smile, assuring him that I will always be here.

He too grins back relaxing a little as half time comes up.

"Alright boys, switch over!" Coach bellows. Tae and I hop out our seats, walking over to a very sweaty Jungkook.

"Film for me?" I ask, handing the camera towards him while he wipes the sweat from his forehead with the hem of his shirt revealing his abs.

"Sure." He grins taking the camera from me. I skip over to a bored looking Tae,

"Alright, choose a captain and what positions you will be playing, I will give you two minutes." Coach shouts before he goes off to collect the ball for the game.

My group quickly huddles together, discussing what area they should play.

(A/n: guys just follow along with this, I'm not an expert when it comes to basketball nor do I know the positions very well...anyway back to the story.)

They decided that I should play shooting guard, while Tae plays power forward.

We get into position, waiting for the coach to blow the whistle. We all stand around buzzed with adrenaline.

In seconds the coach whistles the small piece of metal that was attached around his sagging neck as he throws the dark orange ball into the air.

Instantly our team manages to get the ball, our point guard dribbles the ball down towards the rival team's basket, passing it towards the centre player as they go to shoot.

Luckily the ball goes in.

~*~

I breath heavily when the coach blows his whistle letting us know we've to change over.

"You both did great." Jungkook laughs at both Taehyung and I. We flop down on the bench beside him, he hands over the camera to me before running off to play. I flick it open to watch the small screen at the side.

There were various different shots and videos Jungkook took.

I watch the videos for a few moments before seeing something I didn't think I would.

It was currently focused on me while I run up the court with the ball dribbling beside me before passing it to the small forward who had to end up passing it back after a few moments since they couldn't get past our opponents. I set myself as I throw the ball from the three-point range, watching the ball bounce against the top of the basket. I nervously chew my lip, hoping it goes in.

Thankful it did.

I cheer as Taehyung and my team come running up to me, congratulating me while giving each other manly hugs.

Suddenly the camera pans out towards a dark headed boy, his face holds a wide smile. He cheers, clapping his hands, impressed with me.

I couldn't help but smile myself as I watch Yoongi show proudness in his expression towards me, it made my cheeks heat up.

Speaking of, where is Yoongi?

I search around, not being able to find the slightly taller boy in sight.

Yoongi's POV

I curse under my breath while I try to wipe away the blood that sat in the corners of my lips and all over my white t-shirt.

I was perfectly fine till I started coughing which resulted in me coughing up a shit ton of blood all over myself. I ran to the toilets before anyone could see, embarrassed that I pushed myself too hard.

Should I tell my parents it's gotten worse?

No! I don't want to worry them.

I sigh as I turn the tap off, quickly head over to a stall and locking it. I sit down on the nasty ass floor.

Tears gloss over my eyes as I feel the small droplets fall down my cheeks,

I was having so much fun, I felt normal again.

Why am I like this?

Why can't I be normal?

My chest begins to hurt even more when my mind falls onto a certain light headed boy.

I look down at my stained shirt.

I can't let him know.
