Lily's Pov
It had been a few weeks since they were put in jail. I was happier than ever knowing they were in a locked up environment. I was about to go back to school when Lin yelled at me.
" LILY YOU CAN'T GO TO SCHOOL!" He yelled
" WHY NOT?" I yelled back.
" I AM SICK AND YOUR MOTHER SICK. YOU HAVE TO WATCH SEBASTIAN AND THE GIRLS!" He told me.
" What about Abuelo and Abuela?" I asked. " Surely they can take them?"
" Abuelo is in Puerto Rico and Abuela is also sick." He approached me getting quieter.
" Okay." I gave in. He went back to bed and I went in the living room. I was disappointed that I couldn't go back to school. I was looking forward to this since Lin said I could go back.
" I know you're disappointed, but we don't have anyone to watch the kids. We will make it up to you. I promise." He told me putting his hand on me. Jayda started crying at the worst moment ever because me Lin were hugging. I picked her up and cradled her. She was crying for a minute until she went back to sleep. I went and set her back in her crib and walked back to Lin.
* Time skip to the next day( Cuz I'm a lazy child😂)
Today was finally the day. I could go back to school. I was up at five this morning getting ready, even though school didn't start until 8:00. I took a shower did my hair and put my makeup on. I took me 30 minutes to do that plus pick an outfit.
Lin was still sleeping, so I decided to have some fun when waking him up. I filled up a glass of water and ice. I walked into the room, made sure Vanessa was at work, and made my move. I threw the cup at him.
" PAYBACK STINGS, DOESN'T IT." I yelled at him. He jumped up and looked at me with surprise and confusion.
" WHAT THE HECK!?" He yelled at me. I backed up, scared that he was gonna punch me.
" I'm sorry. I was just trying wake up. I kinda also wanted revenge after what you did to me." I was on the verge of tears.
" Oh sweetie I didn't mean to scare you. I'm sorry, I understand. I won't hurt you." He said going to give me hug. I backed up out of fear." I'm gonna get dressed then we can go. Also by the way you look good." I smiled after he said that.
" Thank you. I love you Lin." I replied. He walked back over and hugged me.
After that we got in the car and drove to my school. I got out and said bye to Lin. I walked to the office and told them my name. They got me a guide named Lillian.
" Hi my name is Lillian what's yours?" She asked.
" My name is Lily." I replied she showed me around the school and we went on our way.
The day went by smoothly. I made a friend named Aaron. He was funny and the only one that would really talk to me. I told him I would see him tomorrow and got in the car with Lin. We went home and got changed into street clothes to walk to the theatre. When we arrived Lin told everyone that they were in jail and that we wouldn't be seeing him for a long time. I was happy I didn't have to see him. Though I know he locked away he still haunted my memories.
