The rest of the day went by rather quickly, but slowly at the same time. Soon enough, it was last period, and you and Jennie sat in the library since you had no class.
"So about that junior, he looks awfully familiar doesn't he?" You questioned as you continued to write down the notes you've missed.
"Y/N are you kidding? Min Yoongi is a legend here. Did you not know that?"
You looked up to her with innocent eyes and shook your head slowly.
"Aren't you best friends with Hoseok? Him and Yoongi are in the same class. Haven't you seen them together? At least once?"
You tried to look back on your head to where you might've seen him, but it wasn't ringing a bell. You could've sworn you had seen him alone, not with Hoseok.
"Not really...I don't know. This whole thing is kind of weird." You admitted as you packed up your things.
Suddenly, the seat next to you was pulled out, and it was none other than Hoseok himself.
"Hey Y/N." He greeted taking an apple slice from your lunch bag.
"Hey Hobi. Why are you here?"
"I saw you here. When I see you, I walk over." He teased, taking another apple.
"Hobi do you talk to someone by the name Yoongi?" You questioned as you flipped through paper work.
"Yea he's in my class. You know him?"
"I know of him, but I don't know him know him. Anyway, he's supposed to help me out with my composition project."
Hoseok nodded his head and got out of his seat.
"Wow, you got lucky. He's practically the best in the whole school." He chuckled as he pat your shoulder. "I'm going to head back to class, good luck Y/N, you too Jennie."
You both waved goodbye to Hoseok and continued to work through the last couple of minutes. The bell gave its last ring, and you packed your things in your bag.
"Are you going to stay for your project or are you heading home?" Jennie questioned as she put her purse on her shoulder.
"I'm actually not sure. I might look for Yoongi and see if he's up for helping me today."
"Okay. I'll see you tomorrow Y/N."
You waved to Jennie as she left, and you made your way to the third floor, where the juniors usually take class. You wandered the halls for a little bit, peaking your head in every classroom, but there was no sign of Yoongi.
"Who are you looking for?" A voice called out behind you. You turned around and saw Jimin, a second year at your school.
"Oh hey Jiminie. I'm looking for someone by the name of Yoongi. Do you know where he is?"
Jimin thought for a second before responding.
"I think he went home. He said something about having an appointment today."
"I see. Thank you Jimin." You smiled.
"No problem. Have you seen Hoseok by any chance?"
"He's on the first floor in the studio."
"Ah, thank you Y/N."
You gave him a thumbs up and waved as he walked toward the stairs.

Okay. Maybe I'll ask Yoongi to help me tomorrow.

You walked to the elevator and took it to the first floor, and made your way toward the exit, when suddenly you stopped. You turned around slowly, and listened carefully to the sound of a piano in the distance.
You walked quietly to the source of the music and carefully opened the door, trying your best not to make a sound.

Of course it would be him. What about his appointment..?

You thought. He didn't seem to notice you enter, so you took advantage of his blind spot, and walked behind him. You were getting lost in his music, when suddenly he stopped and sighed loudly, catching you by surprise.
"It was pretty." You stated. He jolted slightly and turned his head to face you. His face was blank, and his eyes looked like they could pierce through your flesh like daggers. It kind of scared you.
You gulped and licked your lips, something you did when you were nervous.
"Uh..I should..go?" You mumbled, laughing awkwardly as you backed away from him. As you reached for the door knob, you were stopped in your tracks.
"Don't you have to start composing?" He questioned. You turned your head to face him and slowly nodded your head. Without another word, he scooted over, giving you space to sit on the bench next to him. You put down your things, and sat down next to him.
"So what do you want to do? Anything specific?"
You shook your head, still in disbelief that you got to work with someone at his level. You cleared your throat and took a deep breath.
"No, I'm not sure what I want to do yet. I'm waiting for inspiration to hit me."
Yoongi raised his eyebrow at you and placed his hands on the keys.
"You can't wait for inspiration sometimes. You have to let the music take you." He stated as he began improving.
"Take out your violin, and try to follow along with me, okay? The key to composing is to be familiar with every single note your instrument is capable of."
You nodded your head and reached for your violin, standing next to him.
"Do I just..jump in?"
He gave you a slight nod, and you put your bow on your strings lightly, before you began to play. It felt weird at first, but after a little bit, you loosened up a bit.
