A/N-ALL CHARACTERS AND SUCH BELONG TO DC AND THE MAKERS OF THE SHOW

Oliver sat at his desk in the hideout and looked at the book on the desk. The dusty brown book sat like a prize. Oliver sighed, he hadn't crossed off Evan Vail's name yet. He looked over at Diggle. Diggle didn't like that he had killed Evan. Diggle and Evan went back far to Vietnam.

"Dig, he ha-"

"Say what you want Oliver. It's not going to change anything." Diggle interrupted.

Oliver sat up in his chair and glared at Diggle,"You know what he did was wrong Dig. Just think, if I had let him walk the streets another day, giving away guns.. Millions would be dead." Oliver hissed.

Diggle was silent and looked away,"You know it's true!" Oliver growled as Diggle walked towards the stairs,"Millions would've been dead tonight." he yelled, as the door shut.

Felicity sat behind her desk looking at Oliver from where she sat. Oliver looked over and Felicity looked back at the screen. She could feel his blue eyes glaring at her. She shivered and continued to type mindlessly. She finally stopped and looked at him,"You didn't have to do that." she stammered.

Oliver smiled,"Finally decide to talk when the world crumbles before you eh?"

Felicity looked at him through her black rimmed glasses,"Oliver, was that really necessary?" she inquired.

Oliver looked at her and walked over to her desk and stood behind her computer screen,"Felicity, if I had-"

"That's not what I mean!" she growled. "I mean't was it really necessary to beat on Diggle about it!"

Oliver shot back,"Yes it was." He looked at her. His blue eyes pierced her blue eyes and they were quiet.

"Oliver.." she finally spoke.

Oliver put a finger on her red lips,"Yes Felicity, I know. What I did was wrong, but does that matter? The city is safe, and so are we." he smirked.

Felicity winced as he touched her lips with his finger. She shivered and looked him in his blue eyes. Slowly she took his finger off of her lips. "We have more to do." she stuttered looking back at her screen.

Oliver smiled and walked over to his desk and picked up the book.

Diggle walked in at that moment and walked down the metal stairs,"Forgot my coat." he announced as he entered the clearing.

Oliver stopped Diggle as he was walking away by grabbing his arm,"I'm sorry." he said.

Diggle looked at him and looked at Felicity,"What makes you say that?" he questioned.

Oliver sighed,"I was an ass, yeah I know. Just cross out his name. Your turn to do something right."

Diggle took the black pen Oliver gave him and looked at Evan's name in the book. Slowly he took the pen and sliced through the name. He clicked the pen and put it on his desk,"My work here is done." he hissed walking away.

The door slammed and the room was quiet. Oliver looked over at Felicity as she grabbed her things. He walked over to his desk too and sighed,"It's been a long night." he said quietly. Felicity nodded in response. She got her purse and walked around her desk. Her black high heeled boots slapped rythmly against the floor.

"Hey." Oliver said grabbing her arm as she was going to leave. Felicity shivered and looked up at him,"Don't be mad at me." he smirked pulling her in.

Felicity shivered as he brought her closer, she finally found the strength inside of her,"Never." she breathed. Slowly the both brought each other closer and kissed.
