The arrival of birds anew
Upon this migratory breeze they flew
Shake off now your stale frost
And instead of mourning what was lost
Over the depths of winter, turn to the sky
For those who in the forest lie
Have now awakened with a heartfelt song
Chickadees first, then others join along
Ravens dance upon a wing
To welcome the coming spring
