I heard the door bell ring and groaned annoyed. 

I got out of the bed and walked downstairs to open the door. 

When i opened it a very happy looking Rebekah was standing there. 

I asked confused "You have a key"

I let her inside and she closed the door behind her. 

Rebekah "I know but..."

I was gonna walk into the living room but Rebekah put her hands on my shoulders and changed my direction to go upstairs. 

Rebekah "...I wanted to make sure you are awake"

I asked confused "why?"

We walked into my bedroom. Well, it was Elijah's bedroom too but he was at the compound. I was staying at the Plantation for a while because Elijah thought it would be safer for me. 

Rebekah to my closet "The Mikaelsons are throwing a feast"

I looked at her irritated "are you sure that that's a good idea? I mean, your family doesn't have a good reputation with feasts. I mean, someone dies every time"

Rebekah rolled her eyes and pulled a cute dress out "how about that?"

She held it out to me. 

I nodded "Sure"

Rebekah smiled and put the dress on the messy bed. 

Suddenly her phone rang and she pulled it out.

She answered the phone "Elijah, what do you want?"

Then she nodded and then she handed the phone to me. 

I grabbed it and smiled "Hey, Eli"

Elijah "morning, beautiful, how did you sleep?"

I smiled "good and you "

Elijah "good but not as good as having you by my side"

I blushed. 

Elijah "can you come over?"

Me "to the compound?"

Elijah "Yes and tell Rebekah that she needs to help me with something"

I looked at Rebekah who nodded. 

Me "She's on her way. I love you"

Elijah "I love you too"

I hung up and gave Rebekah the phone. 

Bekah smiled "You heard the man. I have to go but i'll see you in a few, Josie"

She hugged me and i hugged her back. 

Then she left. 

At the Compound.

I walked into the compound and looked around. Everywhere were hanging flowers. The decoration was to die for. Suddenly the siblings walked inside. 

Me "Where's Elijah?"

They were all dressed nicely. 

Suddenly i heard form on top of the stairs "I'm here"

I looked at him and he walked downstairs. 

I smiled when i saw him. He walked to me and gave me a quick kiss on the lips. 

Me "I missed you"

Elijah "i missed you too"

Then we heard Kol groan "Come on, brother, we don't have forever"

Then i heard a smack and Kol hissed in pain. 

I looked at Kol and then back to Elijah "What is he talking about?"

Elijah suddenly took a box out and got down on one knee. 

My jaw dropped and i shook my head "no"

Elijah opened the box and there was a beautiful diamond ring. 

I put my hands over my mouth, shocked. Tears came up in my eyes. 

Elijah  "Even though i knew i'm gonna mess this up so bad, i'm gonna give it a shot"

We all chuckled. 

Elijah took a deep breath "The moment I saw you for the very first time will be stuck into my memory till the end of the days because it was the day when the course of my life radically changed its direction. I keep in the sanctuary of my heart every minute we shared because from the first moment I was totally overwhelmed by you. I was scared for you to meet my family because of what they were but then you made them love you. When i saw you getting so close with them....I understood that you are the one I want to share every day of my entire life with."

I smiled under tears. 

Elijah "I do not know how it had been possible to live without you, without listening to you singing and watching you dancing when you think nobody sees. You encourage me to get up every morning, to constantly become better. You are my inspiration and my motivation. We both can make our dreams come true. I promise to do everything I only can to be the husband you deserve. You are the greatest and the most precious gift given to me by this life. You are the one I want to be for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer. "

His voice started to become shaky "I- I wish I could give you the world, but I this ring was all I could afford."

Tears were rolling down my cheeks. 

Elijah looked at me with hope in his eyes "When I'm with you I feel complete and I know that we are truly meant to be, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"

My sobbed out "yes"

Elijah's eyes widened. 

I nodded "Yes, yes, yes, i will marry you"

He smiled and put the ring on my finger. I giggled when he picked me up and spun me around. I put my hands on his cheeks and kissed him. 

We could hear the other cheering and clapping. 

I looked at Elijah "i love you Elijah Mikaelson "

Elijah "And i love you soon to be Josie Mikaelson"

I giggled and kissed him again.
