Chapter 17

ASHTONS POV:

It's been almost two weeks and she still hasn't woken up. Everyone's come in and the doctors have come in and checked on her and her family has asked how's she doing and I've told them. Even the 5SOS Fam have been supportive of the situation we can't thank them enough. Right now we were all sitting in the room either on Twitter or on Tumblr.

"Hey Ash you know I can tell you're a great boyfriend." Lucy said as I looked her.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked.

"You chased after her, and you care for her so much, you haven't moved here except for the bathroom and the toilet and I can tell your going to look after her when she wakes up." She said as I smiled.

"Thanks." I said as she smiled. Every day was a day I wished she would open her eyes and smile at me and I could tell her how much I loved her and hold her in my arms.

**5 hours later**

"Hey Ash I'm going to go home, tell me if she wakes up ok?" She asked as I nodded.

"Yeah I think I'm going to go too." Michael said as I nodded.

"Yeah us too we're a bit tired." Luke and Calum said as I nodded.

"Sure" I replied as I grabbed her hand and held it in mine as I checked Twitter to see fans tweets and they were really sweet.

AMANDA'S POV:

I couldn't take this anymore. Michael's little speech made me want to cry. I tried to open my eyes but nothing worked I couldn't move anything. I kept trying until they finally opened but everything was burry so I shut them again and opened them as everything went blurry then clear. I looked around slowly to see a room like a hospital room and a little light next to me.

"Ashton?" I asked as he's head shot up and a tear fell down his face.

"Amanda, oh my god you're awake." He said as he gave me a hug when a sharp pain came from my ribs as I grabbed my side and Ashton pulled away.

"I'm sorry." He said as I did a small smile.

"It's ok my rib just hurts." I said as I slowly took a breath and stopped moving so the pain would stop.

"How long have I been in the hospital for?" I asked looking at him.

"About two weeks." He replied as I held my hand up to his face.

"You sound so weak it hurts me." He said as I moved over and patted the spot next to me.

"Are you sure?" He asked as I nodded and he laid next to me as I smiled and he wrapped his arms around me and I smiled and leaned my head on his shoulder.

ASHTON'S POV:

As Amanda put her head on my shoulder I slowly kissed her head and then leaned my head on hers. Seeing her eyes was one of the best feelings in the world and hearing her voice makes me smile but you can see and hear how weak she is just from her voice and her skin is pale and cold and her eyes aren't as bright as normal. But every time she speaks it hurts me. I want her to be healthy but I know hospital food is disgusting. But just holding her in my arms again felt so good I was so happy to see her smiling.

"How long do you reckon my foot will be broken?" She asked as I rubbed her arm.

"About 6 weeks probably." I replied.

"When are you going on tour?" She asked as I totally forgot about that.

"In about 4 weeks." I replied. I mean I don't want to leave her. I want her and Lucy to come on tour with us and it sucks because my birthday is when I'm on tour with the boys so I won't get to see her.

"Well looks like we have to make the most of the next four weeks." She said.

"Yeah we do." I replied as I got my phone out.

"What are you doing?" She asked as I unlocked my screen.

"Aw your lock screen is your band and your home screen is me and you." She said as I smiled.

"Yeah." I replied as I clicked vine.

"Where going to watch some funny videos." I replied as I clicked on comedy and we started watching them. We both would laugh and watch some over and over again. Hearing her laugh was the best thing ever.

**1 hour later**

We kept watching these for about an hour before I heard little snoring and I slowly lifted my head to see Amanda asleep with her head on my shoulder as I put my head back down on the bed and I kissed her head.

"Night" I whispered.
