It burns like acid when we touch now.
The venom that drips from your teeth
Seeps through your skin.
The almost undetectable hiss that leaves your mouth when you talk
Is just as natural as
The way you almost seem to glad when you walk.
It's almost sad that I never saw it before.
The way you too easily infiltrate someone's walls.
Tearing them down completely,
So you can strike a deadly blow.
And disappear before you are caught in the mess you leave behind.
At one point, I actually thought you were warm and loving,
But now it's all too clear
That you're just cold-blooded.
