"Actually,Shivaay I didn't finish going through all the event reports,I got so busy with the party that I couldn't finish reading them.So,I think,for know I'll complete that.It'll also help me manage upcoming events efficiently.All of them are by some extremely famous and well-known event management firms.",said Annika as they headed towards Shivaay's cabin.

Shivaay just hummed at that and being the gentleman that he is,opened the door to his cabin for her to enter first.Annika's lips immediately curled into a heartfelt smile.How much ever stern or ruthless he may display himself as,he was a sweetheart inside,and not to forget,a gentleman.That's one of the many qualities in Shivaay that Annika admired.He possessed all those qualities which a girl would want in her man,he was just perfect.

"Down to earth,Annika.Where are you lost?",asked Shivaay bringing her out of her reverie.

"Uh?huh,yeah,I'm sorry,I was just thinking",said Annika entering Shivaay's cabin followed by him.

"About what exactly?",asked Shivaay circling his arm around her waist once they were in the confines of his cabin.

"No,nothing in particular,just things,you know.",said Annika shrugging.

"No,I don't.And that is why I'm asking you,Is it anything to worry about babe?",asked Shivaay with concern.

"No,Shivaay.It's nothing,trust me.",said Annika smiling.

"Babe,you can always tell me anything,you know that right.?",said Shivaay tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.

"You know what,I kinda missed your endearments.I think I'm getting just so used to it.",said Annika laughing.

"You like them,don't you?",smiled Shivaay.To which Annika smiled back as an answer.

"You're the best,Shivaay.",said Annika.

"Woah!Where did that come from?Well,last time I checked,I was a snappish baggad billa.",said Shivaay winking.

"Shivaayyyy!",whined Annika.

"Ok,ok!",Shivaay threw his hands up in the air surrendering.

"But yeah,I won't deny the fact that you behave like one at times,infact,when I first got to know you,I thought you're bipolar or something.",said Annika with a grin spreading over her face.

"Really!",said Shivaay with a smirk.The next very moment he pulled her closer."So babe,tell me,what else did you think of me back then?",whispered Shivaay in her ears in a deep tone.

"Shiv...yeh aap kya kar rahe hai?This is your office",Annika barely managed to whisper.

"What?I just asked you a simple question Annika,what's wrong?",replied Shivaay in a very soothing tone.His chuckle hitting her ears.

"Shivaay,stop.Please",said Annika stammering.Shivaay backed off that very moment.

"Babe,you alright?",asked Shivaay cupping her face,looking for any sign of discomfort.She blushed hard nodding, before composing herself.He was glad to see that she was not uncomfortable.

Shivaay gave an impish grin,"by the way,you still blush like that."

"Like what?And blush?What blush?I don't know what you're talking about.",said Annika.

"Just like the first time!",said Shivaay winking.

"Don't you have any work to do,jab dekho bina sar pair ki baate karthe rahte ho.",said Annika looking everywhere but him.

Shivaay just stood there watching her antics,he himself didn't knew that there's a side like this in him.He was happy,Annika made him happy.He liked seeing her happy,it gave him a calm feeling.He was falling for her each passing day.

"Stop bothering me and get some work done Mr.SSO and let me do mine as well.",saying so Annika started walking towards the connecting door.

"Annika,listen.Don't we have to reveal this to everyone?We can't keep this a secret like this,infact we DON'T have to!",said Shivaay,indicating their relationship."I'm sure Rudra would be over the moon."

"Yeah,right.I felt a bit bad hiding this from them all yesterday,especially Dadi!",said Annika.

"So,you're alright with that?Great!I can't wait to tell the world that you're my girl,mine!Just mine!",said Shivaay gleefully.

Annika laughed at that."By the way,I told you that I'm ready to face your family,not the world.Typical SSO you are.!",said Annika with a smirk.

"Okay,one step at a time it is then!I think I have to wait long for things to happen then",said Shivaay walking towards Annika with an impish grin.

Annika was smart enough to understand the meaning behind his words and ran away,closing the door behind her.

Shivaay was having a perfectly normal morning.He yelled at six different people,cracked few deals and shouted a bit more.His normal routine.Annika could distinctly hear them,all thanks to their connected cabins.The entire office had soundproof walls,except theirs.

Annika shook her head every time she heard him shout.She was kinda used to it.The fact that he turns into his SSO mode the moment he starts his work always amused her.His employees would be shocked to the core if they'd see the way he is when he's around his family or her.It's like a completely different version of him.

Just when she decided to take a break,her phone rang,it was Mallika.

Hey people!So,just like I promised,here's your update!
But seriously,I'm just so tired to write more.
Hope this was good enough.Also,please bear with the typos and grammatical errors,if there are any!Don't really have the energy to correct them at the moment.
