We appeared in front of the clubhouse, the girls were very disoriented and ended up falling on the ground.

“Please warn us before you do that again.” Kianna grumbled from the ground.

I shrugged, “sorry?” They quickly regained their footing and we went inside.

“So, what are we going to do about that creepy demon?” Aryah asked after sitting down at the table.

    “We?” I rose my eyebrow.

“Well, yeah.” Leona spoke up, “you can’t fight them alone.”

“We want to help you,” Kianna said as she placed her hand on my shoulder.

“Well I kind of have to.” I said matter of factly, “no one is here to help me.”

“What are we?” Leona said, crossing her arms over her chest, “chopped liver?”

“Yeah! We’re your friends and we’re going to help you,” Aryah added.

    “No you’re not.”

“What do you mean no,” Kianna shouted.

I sighed, “you guys are just humans. I can’t let you guys get involved in celestial drama. It’s bad enough that you were already kidnapped with me.”

Before they could answer the room was engulfed in a bright light. “That’s why we came to help,” a familiar voice said from inside the light.

The light dissipated, revealing my old team. I squealed in excitement and brought them all into a group hug. They all hugged back, even Fenris which surprised me.

I pulled away from them, “what are you guys doing here?”

“Well like Zion just said, we’re here to help.” Zoella giggled.

Fenris looked behind me and glared, “who are they and what are they doing in the clubhouse?” His glare landed on me, “Nyrimah did you really let humans in here?”

“Yes, but they kind of got dragged into this unwillingly.” I gave a nervous laugh, “anyways let me introduce everyone. Girls, this is my old team Zion Gladmier, Zoella Strous, Fenris Kyron, and Aether Lotus. Guys, these are my school friends Kianna Hearth, Leona Brighton, and Aryah Preston.” They all waved at each other.

Zion cleared his throat, “alrighty guards, let’s come up with a plan and help out little Nyrimah defeat Zaikon.”

“First, we should figure out what to do with her school friends.” Zoella said. We all nodded in agreement.

“They could just stay in the clubhouse,” Aether suggested. “If we put the place on lockdown, no one can get in or out.”

“Great,” Fenris said. “Now how do we help Nyrimah?”

“All we really can do is keep the Shadow Knights off her.” Zion explained.

“He’s right, she has to complete the mission alone.” Zoella added.

“Then why are you here?” Kianna asked.

“Let me clarify, her mission is to just send Zaikon back to Limbo. We’ll be doing our job which is to stop Shadow Knights from wreaking havoc on Earth.” Aether spoke up.

“But I need the Golden Ankh to send him back, which I don’t have and have no idea where it could be.” I said in a defeated tone.

Zaikon will be on our doorstep at any time and I don’t have the only item that can defeat him.
