We are still in the maze thanks to Kakashi's 'skill'. As I was scolding him, we came upon a door. "Told you!" Kakashi said mocking me. "Baka! This was just a coincidence!" I yelled. "Whatever let's just go in." Kakashi said.
He carefully turned the knob and then slammed it open. Inside was rows of prisons cells. All girls. I went looking for Sakura while Kakashi, Naruto, and the girl went letting out the other girls.
'It's weird no one was guarding...' 'Did we get all of them back there?'
I quickly shook the thoughts out of my head and continued looking for Sakura. "Y-y/n?" The voice sounded dry and weak like they just finished crying. I looked to the direction of the voice.
"Sakura!" I whisper-yelled. "I'll get you out of here! Don't worry." I said. I used my jutsu on the door and ran in to get her.
She looked so weak. Like they drained the life out of her. She slowly reached her hand towards me. I took it and put it over my shoulder to help her walk.
We walked over to The group. Naruto ran to hug Sakura, Kakashi just smiled. Kakashi put Sakura on his back and we started running back to our village. We left the girl there, she had said her family lived there and she wanted to go back to them.
{TIMESKIP}
We decided to camp out since it was getting late and Sakura was still pretty weak, so, we had to sleep in a tent together so I can watch over her. Naruto and Kakashi got their own tents. Lucky them.... I looked over at Sakura and saw she was asleep. I can't fall asleep, not after seeing all those girls locked up in those cells. I couldn't help but pity Sakura, shes kind of strong, but mostly defenseless.
I shook off all the stupid thoughts and closed my eyes to try and tried to go to sleep.
{TIMEKSKIP}
After getting up and eating some food pills we started heading back to the leaf village. Sakura was very quite...like something was bothering her.
"Sakura are you sure you're okay?" I asked. "Yeah. Just a little...lost. I guess." She said fiddling with her fingers and looking down. Not a second after did she look up.
I decided to leave her be and let her find herself. She needed some time. I don't think I would take things so well either.
