How does it feel to have me as a father-in-law?

Jacks' eyes fluttered open, his mind still drowsy as he tried to move forward, but found his wrists bound to the wall with chains.

"What. . .?" He wondered aloud, making some turn to him, but most were focused on Hope, who was chained to the wall by her ankles, waist, wrist and neck.

"Hey! Let us go!" He demanded, tugging on the chains but whatever they used on him was working and he didn't have his normal strength.

"Jack Morningstar-"

"It's Jack Kline-Winchester," He growled, furious as he kept glancing at Hope who remained completely unconscious.

"Whatever you call yourself, you can't change the fact that you're the spawn of Lucifer. And that you're tied to Hope Mikaelson, the Tri-brid. You do know what her father has done, right?" She questioned.

"That's in the past, and Hope isn't responsible for what he's done. Let her go," He growled, his eyes flickering as a warning.

"How about this: You leave New Orleans, never come back to her, and we let Hope go," The Latina offered, but he already felt too attached to ever take such a deal.

"I. Said. Let. Her. Go!" Jack roared, but his powers weren't working, like someone decided to turn the off the power switch.

"What did you to me?" He demanded, feeling so weak but felt a building strength within him. What they've done couldn't last long, but it isn't wearing off as fast as he would hope. After all, he will become stronger than Lucifer one day.

"It's a little spell that was made for your birth father, way back in the day when he had found a suitable vessel. It caused him to become weak and the witches were able to put him back on his little throne. But to you? It just weakens you long enough to keep your powers in check," Then, she turned to Hope, who started to wake up.

"Ah, the little Mikaelson is finally awake. Now, mind telling Jack how you tortured your little boyfriend?"

"Wh-What?" Hope stuttered out, still weak from the vervain in her system.

The Latina walked over to a a button on the wall and slammed her hand on it, tightening the chains around her body.

"How. You. Tortured. Roman!"

"I. . .I didn't. He's at the. . .school. . .he's fine," Hope choked out.

"Do you really think that? That he just forgot what pain you caused him?" She taunted Hope, her finger hovering over the button.

"Leave her alone! It was to make the voices stop!" Jack yelled, and Hope looked down in shame, her eyes wide. He knew? He knew that she did that? But how?

"Did she also tell you that she killed a whole church?!"

"They were vampires revolting against my family! They were hurting people-! AH!" The chain tightened again.

"Okay, I've seen enough."

A voice spoke up from the corner of the room and all eyes turned to it. Red eyes appeared, sending shivers down everyone's spine and Jack hoped and prayed it wasn't him.

But it was.

Lucifer stepped out of the shadows, his eyes normal once again, but a dark smirk on his features.

"Lucifer-"

"This isn't the deal we made, now is it, Kat?" Lucifer questioned her, Hope watching him with fear in her eyes and a lump in her throat. It's him, it really is Lucifer.

"He's strong, a-and-"

"Well of course he's strong, he's my son!" He snapped at her, rubbing his temple in irritation.

"The deal was to get them here so that we could have a little chat, not to shackle up my son and future daughter-in-law!" He roared at her, his eyes full on blood red as he wrapped his hand around her throat and slammed her onto one of the tables.

"P-Please, let me. . .let-!"

"I'm done with you."

And he snapped her neck, everyone else gasping in horror and running out of the warehouse.

Hope gasped while desperately scratching at the chains at her neck, trying to get out while tears slowly came down. This is who he is, he kills and kills with no regards for the families of the dead, and he has no remorse whatsoever.

He'll kill her without a second thought.

Jack saw the the absolute terror she had in her eyes just by looking at him, just imagine how bad it would be if-

"Hello, son. Miss me?"

"I'm not your son," Jack glared at him and Lucifer sighed.

"Technically, you are. I know that we got off on the wrong foot earlier, but I'm here!"

"The only way I'd forgive you is if. . ." Jack trailed off, knowing he wouldn't do it.

"If what? Look, Jack, I didn't have a good relationship with my dad because we were too. . .different. Now that I have a son, I don't want to do to you what he did to me. Please, just tell me and I'll do it," Lucifer was actually pleading for Jack to forgive him. The Devil, asking for forgiveness? Now that's unheard of.

"Let us go first," Jack demanded, and he snapped his fingers, making the chains turn to dust and Hope gasped for air.

"Now-"

"Hope!" Jack ran right past him and to Hope, who held her neck as it ached in pain.

"I'm so sorry you saw that, I didn't know. . .Hope, please, don't be afraid of me," Jack begged, tears welling up in his eyes as he helped her up to her feet.

"It wasn't you, Jack. You have nothing to be sorry for," Hope told him, both sharing a moment until. . .

"Uhm, hi. Still here, son!"
