Can you feel it? Can you feel just how quiet it is? The loneliness, you hear it too... don't you? I know the silence is deafening and it exposes everything in our minds. You can hear everything and you hear nothing. You hear the monsters inside your head, but you also can hear the silence that fills your room. It's dark too, you've been up since 6am. It's 2am, the next day. The monsters in your head get louder while the real world gets quieter. You feel the silence more than you ever have. Now you're just wishing that the silence was in your head too. Can you agree with me? Are your monsters just as loud as mine? Or are they louder? Do they keep you up at night like they do with me? Mine are pretty bad. It's okay though, the silence speaks the truth. The truth is I'm lonely, and that's okay. Someday I'll get rid of the monsters in my head and I won't be so lonely.
