"She is yours." Leo stated.

"Who is?" I said in curiosity.

Leo walked ahead of me in the brick hallway. The candles that hanged against the crackling bricks did not shed any dust light. A chilling feeling ran up my arms each step we took down further into the hall. It was not out of fear however, but a feeling I could not recognize.

We took a holt once Leo had pulled open a door that stood before us. The door was barely visible to the naked eye. Even with my eyes, the door was to dark to see. The door creaked open, dust falling from off of it. One could tell that the door has not been opened for many years. Leo and I both entered the chamber. Cobwebs and dust painted the ceilings and walls, not missing any crevices. The room place was beautiful, I only thought as to why I was not familiar to it. With a room like this, a being would never keep their mouths quiet.

"Leo, as to why are we here?" I asked, looking around the room.

The room was very large, it was filled with many extravagant objects. The architecture was very beautiful, sculptures of women and men posing elegantly against the walls. It was just pity to see a lovely room like this to go to waste.

Leo turned to me with his hands resting behind his back. He then cleared his throat before turning his to the side. His eyes laid upon at an object with a sheet on top of it. Confused as to what he meant I scrunched my eyebrows.

"Sir, I brought you here because you need to see something."

"What do I need to see Leo? What is beneath that sheet." I questioned as my patience were running low.

"Her." Leo spoke.

I turned my direction towards the object. I was still befuddled by his words. I took slow steps heading towards the object because I knew I was only going to get vague answered from Leo. I took one more step, I was finally in front of it. Raising my hands to its sheets, I grasped the cloth pulling it off.

I was faced with myself. It was a mirror. Only my reflection was to be seen. I was so confused, was there supposed to be more? I looked closer into the mirror before seeing a slight haze. My reflection was changing, it was no longer me, it was a woman.

"She is yours." Leo said.

I pressed my hand against the glass.
She was mine. She was beautiful. Filled with innocence and sins. So pure but so tainted by her world. She was all mine. All her beautiful sins and horrid innocence were mine.

Selfishness ran in my body as I absorbed the idea of her. I had to get her. She was mine and no one else's. She was my everything, the look in her blue ocean green eyes could make any man stare or even a beast. Even me.

She was mine.

Only mine.

Seprina's POV

I took a breath in, realizing what had just happened. My hands resting on my knees as I struggle to take a breath.

"Spes, you okay? He's gone. We're leaving." Eric said. He gripped my arm tugging me to the door. I struggled to keep up with his fast pace, falling to my knees once again.

"Give me a second! For god sake!" I yelled.

"I'm sorry, I d-" I tried to apologize for my outburst. I wasn't normally like this, I just wasn't me. Instead of me going on with my apology, Eric quickly silenced me.

"Let's go to the car please. I'd rather you not be here." He said. Reassurance filled his green eyes. A rosey smile raised from my cheeks. He had walked us both out the pub to the car. Eric opened the door and safely placed me into the leather seat. I closed the door behind me. Eric had walked to the other side of the truck, his fists were all balled up. His anger could practically radiating off of him. He quickly opened the door open. He jumped in the vehicle, slamming the door behind him.

"Spes I'm sorry. I didn't mean for you to see Marcus. I didn't think he was gonna be here." He said. His head rested on the wheel.

"I know you didn't. You took him out Eric. That's all that matters." I say trying to make him feel better. He took his off the wheel, staring me in the eye, guilt could be seen miles away in his eyes. He took a slight pause to breathe before continuing.

"Seprina, it doesn't make it any better. We shouldn't have celebrated your birthday at that bar! I just wanted you to be happy to night. But no, Marcus  had to show up and ruin everything I had planned." He spat. His hands gripped tightly around the wheel.

I pulled my hand off of the leather seat of the car and placed it on Eric's back. My palm gently rubbed against his back, trying to calm him down. His breath slowed its pace.

"Eric I'm Alright. See no bruises or cuts. " I spoke.

"Spes, he was in your face! Trying to take you out of the bar because he knew you had a couple of drinks."
I'm so sorry Spes."

"Well he didn't. And besides I only had one drink. I was fine and I'm fine now." I huffed. I crossed my arms as he made me sound like I was weak. I get it, I don't work out but that doesn't mean I can't defend myself.

"I'm sorry I ruined it."

"You didn't dippy." I joked. I hit his arm to lighten him up and the mood. His head lifted off the wheel and I turned on the radio.

"Off to my house." I said with cheer.

Beyoncé started to play. As me and Eric sang our hearts out and after receiving many weird looks from other drivers, we finally arrived At my house. I hopped out of Eric's car, swinging the door behind me. Heading up my driveway, I jumped when I heard a loud honk sound escape Eric's car. I turn around startled.

"You asshole!" I screamed out clenching my fist. He let out a loud laugh. I stood my ground trying to look as intimidating as I could, trying to show him how pissed I was. No matter how I hard tried though, I just couldn't. Given my height, 5'8, you would think I would be intimating to most but nope. Well most didn't anyways, and Eric was one. No matter how red my face got when I was angry he thought it was funny as hell.

"Stop trying to be scary, you're not good at it." He breathed out as tears of laughter slipped out of his eyes.

"Hey if you need to talk, I'm right next door." He said with an innocent smile after he caught his breath.

"Yeah yeah what ever weirdo. Wipe that smile off your face." I say chuckling away as he did the same.

His cute dimples showing. He was such a kind man, very flirty, but kind. He was one of my closest friends. A complete nutball and idiot but hey, what more could a person ask for.

I waved goodbye as he drove out my driveway. I unlocked my front door, pressing the thick wooden door open. The smell of melting candle wax in the air. I went face first in my couch landing on my nose.

"Son of a bisssshhhhh" I let out, suddenly hearing the doorbell ring. I quickly snapped up with my long strains of hair covering my face. I scurry over to the window to see who it was at this time of night. I couldn't see anything, the darkness of the sky showing no light.

I slowly crawl to the door, flicking on the light to see who it was. The bell rang again. I was just about to open the door but then the door knob began to rattle. I crawled back in fear.
