(Hello I am back, sorry for not updating for the past couple of days <3
this is gonna be one angsty one shot (i mean.. almost all of my oneshots are a bit angsty lmao).

"alright, we are going to be splitting up in pairs", Warren annouced as her eyes ran over the members of the group.

You clenched your jaw gently as her eyes went to you before moving along. You despised splitting up, especially when you had to seperate from him.

You had deep feelings for 10k and you knew he had the same for you. He admitted it weeks ago when you both were alone for once. He was silent and you begged for him to speak because you thought he was pissed at you. Now you know, since then he was overprotective and always followed you around.. But he's been out of focus and Warren has been noticing. Everyone has been noticing, so you both have been split up a lot.

"I'll go with (Y/N)", 10k quickly said.

Warren stopped in her tracks and sighed, her hands on her hips as she looked at him.

"You can't.. you'll be going with Doc, searching for meds"

"I can go with (Y/N)", Murphy stated.

You knew right away 10k wasn't going to like that. You looked at the zombie-looking-man and he smiled at you.

10k's P.O.V

"You can't.. you'll be going with Doc, searching for meds"

My hands tightly curled into fists as I looked over at (Y/N). (She/He) looked back at me and a gloomy expression was on (her/his) face. I was about to speak until Murphy interrupted me.

"I can go with (Y/N)"

Oh hell no, I thought as I looked at Warren.

"He is not going with-"

"10k.", Warren hissed strictly.

My mouth went tightly sealed as I saw her angered expression. I wasn't going to trust Murphy, if anything he would leave (her/him) behind. I couldn't let that happen.

"How many times do I have to tell you. You aren't partnering up with (her/him) until I can trust you both together again.. Remember last time?", she questioned.

I looked around at everyone else, noticing them staring at us intently. I looked back at Warren and nodded my head in response. My eyebrows knitted tightly in anger as I just walked away, hearing footsteps behind me as I knew it was Doc following. I looked back at (Y/N) and (she/he) just stared back before walking the other direction with Murphy.

2nd Person P.O.V

~an hour later~

You wandered around as Murphy closely followed behind. You both had to find food, especially water since it was running low.

"where to gooo~", Murphy sang in a tune.

You were already annoyed as you crept around a corner, seeing a building you guys haven't checked. You looked back at Murphy and pointed to the building.
