I tried my hardest to not
Feel alone by your side,
But slowly what you could do
Proved that our love had died.
Meters felt like the kilometers
That they were, we started to lose touch.
Black and white mixed from ying and yang
Into just grey- not much.
Neither one of us can be blamed
For the distance, differences, divide.
I just entirely forgot what it felt
To feel like I'm by your side.
