(Sorry for any Spelling/Grammar mistakes, please feel free to point them out so that I can correct them :P)
Nala's POV
I wake up to find I could hear several people talking together. I keep my breathing slow and even pretending I'm still asleep not wanting then to stop talking because I'm up.
"So now she has all the symptoms?" A voice I don't recognize asks.
"Not all the symptoms but she started burning up not long after she past out." I hear Fredricks say. "She isn't showing signs of her bones breaking or changing shape."
"Is that unusual?"
"No. It has happened to others before." He pauses. "I do find it unusual that she would not let me near her legs on the last check up though."
I have no clue what so ever what they're going on about but I do know it's about me.
"She hasn't let anyone touch her legs, nor have we even seen them without clothes covering them, we have no clue why. She was bathing herself at such a young age and wouldn't even let us hold her hand when we first had her here. It took years to get her comfortable with us." She states. "Could it be happening wrong because of her past?" Mum then adds with a mumble.
There's a silence.
"It could be that, but no one knows about what happened. That is unless she's told you what went down then."
"Do you know?" That new voice speaks up again demanding.
"No! We don't know. She blocked us out as well as you and everyone else, even her best friends!" Mum raises her voice to him.
"Don't you dare speak to me like that again." He replies in a furious tone.
I hear a whimper from my mom but other than that she stays quiet.
"You show an Alpha respect. Do not forget that." He continues. Who the hell does he think he is... and Alpha, what the hell?
"Please excuse her Alpha Finch, she's just upset that Nala's been out cold for the past three days." My dad pleads calling him Alpha, I'm still confused about that? An oh god out cold for 3 days... 3 days!!! I missed my birthday! I'm so glad they gave me an early birthday party now, although its like they knew I'd miss my birthday...
"I know she means no harm Neil but I can't control how my other side feels, It doesn't agree."
"I know what you mean Alpha and we are sorry for showing no respect."
Who does he think he is, really? Jerk!
"Do you hear that?" The Doctor asks.
"Hear what?" The so called 'Alpha' replies.
"I think she is waking up! Or she has already woken up." He answers in a knowing tone. Crap, guess he's a good guesser.
I hear walking coming from the stairs, wait up... the stairs? Okay that is freaky. How could I hear them if they where down stairs, I thought they were in my room?!
As they near the top of the stairs and turn to my room I try to sit up. I make it into a sitting position with a lot of difficulty and then sort out my hair trying to flatten it some what, wasting a lot of energy leaving me drained.
I look around my room and things seem to be brighter and sharper, maybe it wasn't just my hearing that improved.
I can hear them right outside the door now and wait for them to enter. The door opens and first to walk in is a stranger so I'm guessing he is 'Alpha'. My parents and the Doc stay outside and 'Alpha' shuts the door behind himself, shutting us in.
