Prologue.

Hey!! So here is the first chapter of Jordan and I's new fanfiction!! It's an Ashton one and we hope you like it!! We're going to do alternate chapters so here was me setting the scene for this fanfic! Thanks for reading H x

~Flashback to January 2012~

The boys had just finished their rehearsal so I thought it was the opportune moment to talk to Ashton. "Ash can I talk to you for a second?" I asked my boyfriend of 2 years.

"Sure babe what's up?" I looked at the other 3 boys.

"Oh well we should be going anyway, we got...yeah." Luke stuttered. Soon enough, it was just me and Ashton in the room.

"Babe are you ok? You look a bit pale." I batted his hand away from my face. "Babe what's up." Suddenly the words tumbled out of my mouth without another thought.

"I'm pregnant."

"What?"

"You heard."

"How did this happen?"

"Well when a female and male get close-"

"Yeah alright I get it Sam."

"I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too, we're too young Sam, we have to do what's best. You'll have to get an abortion." The tears were falling down both your cheeks.

"I'm not killing a baby Ashton!" The thought of an abortion made you cry harder. "I would NEVER do that especially not with our child."

"You can just expect me to drop everything and come and start a family with you. I'm...We're too young."

"No. What you're saying is that you don't want to risk your place in the band for a dumb slut with a kid."

"No that's not what I'm-"

"Save it Ashton. I know you care about the band but come on! I have another 9 months yet! And yes you may be away touring but you don't know how it'll work! Everyone else seems to do it! Why can't we?"  I sighed before continuing. "Is it because you don't want to?"

"It's not that I don't want to, just not now. We're both too young and how are you going to get into Uni and me with the band. More importantly, what about our families?"

"My parents already know." I spoke quietly.

"WHAT?"

"My parents already know and they are willing to stick by me because they know I would NEVER go through an abortion. It's inhuman."

"Well Sam I'm sorry to say this but I can't be with you." The tears kept falling as Ashton carried on. "It's not that I don't love you it's just-"

"Go on say it."

"I want to focus on the band." The words that came out of his mouth were heartbreaking to me. He cared more about the band than his own child.

"Well then thank you for throwing the 2 lovely years we had together away because of this. I hope your band does well. Goodbye Ashton, I just wish we could have been more adult about this. You at least." And with that I walked out the house and out of Ashton's life for good.

I thought that he would run after me and tell me that he was wrong and that he wanted to have a child but I waited and waited but he didn't come. I cried all night because I thought he would support me in this and come running back to me but I knew that he wouldn't. I then decided that I was going to move on and start again. With my baby. In England. Around my best friends who I knew would support me throughout this time alone.
