Jack's P.O.V.

"Damn it!" I groan as I continue to turn my car key into the engine. Why wasn't it working?!

I lean back in the driver seat and sigh in frustration. The dang battery is dead. I sit in my place and think of what I should do, I can always call a friend. How about Mark? Nah, he's busy with family things. Ethan? Eh, not him either, he's way to sick to leave his house, and I'm pretty sure Tyler's too busy taking care of him. I try to think of other possibilities until I had to come up with the decision. I guess I had to walk a few blocks to go get new parts.

With a groan, I place my keys in my pocket and get out of the car. Making double sure that the doors on my car are locked, I start to make my way to the store. After walking for a few minutes, some car seems to speed up out of nowhere and pulls in front of me into his garage.

Why did he just do that without a warning?! I roll my eyes and pace my hands in the pockets of my hoodie and watch as a man with a scowl walks into the house with a small cardboard box. I shrug and continue my stroll.

I needed to do this more often. Not the whole 'battery dying and having to walk half a mile against my will' kinda thing, but just walking outside just for the sake of it. I honestly have been stressed for a while. It's probably just because I moved into LA two months ago, and I was still getting used to the area, but also with the hate on social media.

Being a Youtuber seems to come with a bunch of haters. Yeah, its something that I should be used to by now, but I can't help but feel a bit down once and awhile. I kicked a pebble that was in the way and continue to scoot my way to the store. I place my hood over my head to protect myself from getting noticed now that I was nearing the city. I wasn't really in the mood to meet any fans right now. I don't want them to have a picture of them with me looking like how I am.

I had huge bags under my eyes from lack of sleep. I've been much paler than I should be, and it's not a healthy look. I also have been lacking in my weight. I was dangerously skinny, and I would always get lightheaded, or even pass out from the lack of food. I was just never hungry. Stress would distract me from all of the things I need to do to stay healthy, the last thing that comes to mind was food and my health.

My friends have been asking if I was fine, and I would say yes, even though I wanted to break down then and there. I don't want them to worry about me when they have their own things to worry about.

Surprisingly, I looked up and noticed that I was standing right in front of the store. I felt relief wash over me as I walk into the store. It took a few minutes, but I was finally able to find a new battery pack and went to the cash register. I thank the man and start to head my way back to my car.

The sun seemed to come out from the clouds since I have been outside last. It made me feel somewhat better, but not enough for my stress level. I was just passing the house that had that strange dude when I noticed something sitting on the grass. Curiosity got the best of me as I kneel down and notice that it was a Tiny!

"Aw, poor little thing..." I whisper.

Without hesitating, I gently grab the small girl and wrap my fingers around her small form. She looked so beat up, it broke my heart just looking at the wounds on her. She slowly moves her head up and gently squints her eyes open. She didn't have any reaction of me, all she did was roll her eyes to the back of her head and goes limp.

She still was breathing, which was good. I quickly grab the battery pack that I placed right next to me and start to gently jog to the car, trying to get home as fast as I can. This Tiny needed all the help she could get, and I wasn't about to let her die.

"Don't worry lass Jack's got you!" I smile.
