(The theme song I'm going with for this chapter. This song seems to relate to my story so well, It's called Lullaby and its from the anime "Wolf's Rain" which is a 30 episode series. It's so sad and good at the same time, so I highly recommend it.)

~~~
My eyes slowly open as a light pours into my room. Weird, theirs never any light that comes in my room. With a rigid yawn, I slowly get up and crawl out of my small corner. I open up the curtain of my room and hear someone talking to themselves. Curiosity got the best of me as I slowly stand up and walk to where the walls end. Just as I was about to peek my head out of the hole, I feel a hand quickly wrap around my wrist.
"(Y/n)!" Someone whisper/yells, pulling me back into the wall.
Before I can scream, I feel a hand press over my mouth. I look up at the person that was holding me captive and relax when I notice that it was only Sage. He looks at me and uses his free hand and places his index finger over his mouth, showing me to be quiet. I nod and feel him take his hand off of my mouth. We both peek out of the hole and watch as the Giant who owned the house set out some mouse traps. Oh no, he knows were here!
"This is bad, this is really bad!" I whisper.
"I'ts fine, as long as we get out of here, and fast, there would be no problem!" Sage smiles.
He acts as if it was easy to find a new place to borrow from, but what about mom and dad? I don't know what to say, really. I just know that we had to go somewhere safe and sound.
"I-" Just as I was about to reply, there was a loud boom that came from outside the walls.
Without thinking, Sage and I both run to the edge of the mouse hole that entered the kitchen. I couldn't think of anything else except for the view. The Giant had trapped my mother, and she was terrified.
"Gotcha little fella!" The giant snarled, picking her up in a jar.
"MOM!"I shout.
Sage quickly pulls be back as I scream and kick. The Giant quickly looks our way and smirks, giving me the sudden desire to claw at their face even more than I did before. Where was Father?! Should he be here, helping us?!?!
"So, you have a little family, huh?" The Giant coos.
"No! Stop!" Mother yells, trying to find a way out of the jar that she was stuck in.
"Let go of her!" I scream.
"(Y/n) please stop!" Sage shouts, bringing me into the wall.
"What the hell are you doing, we need to save mom!" I gasp.
"No, I need to. You stay here" I look into his eyes and notice that he was scared.
"No, I need to fight too, were a family." I whisper.
"Please trust me, I'll  get mom, and I'll get her to saftey."
"And what about you?" I ask.
He silently stares in my eyes as I watch him tear up.He reaches around the back of his neck and takes off his necklace, and places it on me. I look down at the black tooth that hung on the string and look up a him, dazed. He gives me a hug and squeezes me as tight as he could. I wrap my arms around him and take in the warmth of my brother. He slowly lets go and stares at me once again.
"I want you to remember something." He whispers.
"W-what is it?" I choke.
"Remember that no matter what happens to me, just know that life goes on. I don't want to see my sister sad anymore. I want to see you grow, I want to see you be the brave person you are. Don't let anyone put you down. But if you are feeling down, just remember, storms don't last forever." And with that, he was off.
