Chapter 8

~Jacks POV ~

I slowly open my eyes to find myself looking at an angle. Y/n lay fast asleep next to me. What time is it? I thought before propping myself on one elbow and looking at the clock near y/n. 9:48. Well I better just get up now and take a shower. I slowly threw the covers off and slipped out of bed without waking the sleeping beauty. I tip toed into my bathroom and shut the door. Thehen got in the shower and cleansed myself. The whole time I was thinking about how people would act, when they find out I'm dating her. They probably wouldn't care, ....until they find out she's my maid. I thought. I turned off the hot water and grabbed the towel hanging next to me. I wrapped it around my waist and grabbed my brush. Shit I forgot my clothes. I opened up the bathroom door and stepped out. Once I looked up I saw y/n with her bra halfway up her arm, revealing her bare back to me. I knew I should look away but I can't help it. "Umm can you turn around for a second."she says after about a minute of staring. I slowly turn around, then look down. Oh god oh god. "You can look now." She said slipping out my door.  "Wait y/n!" I yell running to the door to look at y/n running halfway down the hallway. "What I need to be working right now! The party is today!" She yells frantically. "Your not working!" I say right when she Slips out of view. She backs up a few steps with a raised eyebrow and a confused look. "Your not working today, " I  smirk. "I already talked to my mom and explained everything. So on that note, wanna be my date to this party?" I ask smiling. She shakes her head, a smile creeping on her face. "Sorry I'm going with my boyfriend." She says and smile. I feel my smile drop. Wait but I thought I was her OH.. I then realize I am her boyfriend. She shakes her head and walks downstairs. I walk back inside and shut my bedroom door. I look back down and see, I'm still excited. "Ughhh, you know I can't do anything when your excited right?" I ask as if it were to answer. I turn on my computer and plop on my bed. I have a few hours till the party starts, no rush right? 

-time skip to walking down the stairs scene-

~Your POV ~

I set my hand on the railing and let it glide down as I step down the stairs. Then one by one the boys started to look at me, their jaws dropping. I couldn't help but smile. This was like some cliche movie moment in Cinderella or whatever. I still couldn't help but enjoy it though. Once I finally took my last step I walked towards the pile of boys. "Hey boys."I said smiling. They all stared until I repeated. "Guys?" I waved my hand in front of their faces. They finally shook from their trance and acted like nothing happened. Then they awkwardly coughed and shifted their eyes to the ground except Jack. "You you look like an angel, just...perfect." He said breathing out the last word. I blushed and pushed a piece of hair out of my face. "Thanks." I said. "So are we just going to announce at dinner or?" I said. He furrowed his eyebrows then had a face of delight, which I'm guessing he remembered. "Oh yea, hey guys guess " "no, they will know at dinner." I quickly caught him. Phew that was close. I just want it to be a surprise. "What at dinner?" Jaeden said. "You'll see." I replied. "I don't believe we've met, I'm chosen." Chosen said sticking his hand out. "Y/n." I said and shook it. Then Jeremy did the same. I then glanced over and Wyatt was still staring. His eyes wide and his mouth still slightly gaped. Why is he still staring? I leaned forward towards Jacks ear."Hey don't tell anyone that we're dating I want it to be a surprise." I whispered. Just then Reylnn and Emmy grabbed my arm and pulled me away. I was spun towards them and we started walking towards the slider. " y/n! How have you been?" Reylnn asked me, side hugging as we walked. "I'm great!" I replied. "Ellie and the rest of the girls are at the side of the house waiting for us."Emmy spoke. We walked out of the slider and started towards the side of the house, near the bins. "What why there?" I asked confused. We locked arms and continued. "You'll see."Emmy said. We walked a little farther and turned the corner and there were the rest of the girls. We walked back farther and sat on the cinderblock wall. Ellie smiled deviously and held up two bottles of vodka." I thought the party might be a bit boring." She said. I looked it for a while and my facial expression stayed somber. "Hey you ok ?" Millie asked. "Me, oh yea I'm fine."I swatted my hand. "It's just...I don't drink, at least anymore." .
