"Can you and Jake please just get over this shitty drama already! For the love of God please!"
"Mik calm down."
"No! I've had it with fans and reporters prying into my life every time I walk out of this apartment. I need a break, Logan! Alyssa moved out already, and she has people harassing her about it too. You both need to just drop it."
"Mikayla, it's not that simple," Logan tried to reason.
"He's your fucking brother. You two are supposed to be there for each other no matter what."
"Okay and what about you and Jake, huh?"
"That's different."
"How."
"Fucking dick," I mumbled, just loud enough for him to hear. I turned around and stomped back into my room. I grabbed a duffel bag out of my closet and started filling it with clothes and any other necessities I needed. I grabbed a smaller backpack and packed some extra shoes and my makeup. I grabbed all my bags, purse, and phone and walked back out my door.
"Mikayla, where are you going?"
"Away from here."
"And where is that?"
"Not here. I'll stay at a friend's place."
"Mik, just don't. This is the last thing I need right now."
"No Logan. I'm going, and I'm not coming back until all this settles down. I don't care if me and Jake ever repair our relationship, but you, Logan. I trusted you. You were the most annoying yet unproblematic person in my life, and you've just ruined that. I can't stand being here with all this drama going around and fans and reporters and everybody trying to pry into every little detail of my life. I'll be back when I come back. I love you, but I can't, not right now."
"Mikayla-"
"No." I turned around and opened the door. "Bye Logan."

The uber pulled into the driveway and came to a halt.
"Thank you." I grabbed all my bags and got out. I walked up to the door and knocked. I was happy to see the tall blond that opened the door.
"Mikki!" Corbyn embraced me into a tight hug.
"Corbs, I can't breathe."
Corbyn let go and looked at me. "Sorry."
"It's fine. Just please don't call me Mikki ever again."
"Too late, Mikki." Corbyn looked down at my bags. "You staying for a while?"
"Can I?"
"Come in." Corbyn stepped back and opened the door. He took my duffel bag and set near the foot of the steps. "What's up."
"I don't know. I can't stand to be near Logan right now, with this whole 'Paul vs. Paul' thing going on. I can't step outside of his apartment without getting bombed with questions."
"Oh. Well, make yourself at home."
"Thanks, Corbs." I looked around, suddenly noticing how quiet it was. "Where are the other guys?"
"I think they all went to get something to eat. Except Jonah, he's in his room taking a nap. I was about to go and wake him up," Corbyn said, nodding towards the top of the stairs.
"I got it." I jogged up and opened Jonah's door. I quietly shut it and gently stood up on Jonah's bed. I started to jump on it, shouting. "Wake up you lazy butt! The sun is up so you should be too!"
Jonah groaned so I jumped down on him, one leg on each side of his torso. He opened his eyes. " What are you doing here."
"I'm staying for a few days."
"Really?" I nodded my head and he smiled. "Good. I missed you."
"Jonah, you saw me yesterday."
"Yeah but I missed seeing you when it was just me and you," he said, emphasizing the word 'just.'
I shook my head and smiled. I felt a small blush creep onto my cheeks. "I missed you too, Teddy Bear."
"I told you not to call me that."
"Too bad."
Jonah smiled and pulled me down so I was lying next to him with his arm wrapped around my torso. "I needed a cuddle buddy."
"Jo, I came in here to wake you up."
"Five minutes."
"Jo..."
"Please."
"You're not going to let me go, are you?"
"Nope."
"Fine. Then you're getting up."
"Okay." Jonah pulled me closer and I heard his breathing become softer.
I laid there and thought about random things. But eventually my mind came to one thing, and that was Jonah.
You know those cliché books where the last word of a chapter is "I think I'm falling for him."
Well, I think I'm falling for him.
