After having a snack, you and Ethan streamed on Twitch for a while. To your dismay, it was Fortnite. But, little by little, you were starting to grow tired and told Ethan that you wanted to sleep.

"Alright guys! We will leave the stream here! It was fun! Thank you for the donations! Thank you, (Y/N), for joining on such short notice! Love you all, stay cranky! Bye!"

Both you and Ethan ended the stream after saying your goodbyes. Then your phone began to vibrate on the table.

"That was fun! But I will never play again," you bluntly answered.

After coming home from work, and streamed with Ethan, you were dead tired. Not to mention you had work in the morning. It was another early shift.

You need to, seriously, beg your boss to switch your shifts; otherwise you'll continue to have morning shifts.

"You did your best!" Ethan praised. "You were really good! Especially with keeping your eyes open!" You blush.

This wasn't the first time Ethan said something this sweet. In fact, you think Ethan has a soft spot for you. Almost as if he...

There is no way... you trailed off in thought.

"Y-you really think so?" You stutter with your words. Then cleared your throat, "I mean, I was! They don't call me the best for nothing!" You heard Ethan laugh.

"You should get some sleep. Sorry I bothered you," Ethan apologized.

"No, no, no! It's okay," You reassure him. "I take ages to fall sleep." You laugh, feeling your eyes droop.

"It happens."

"Before you go, make sure to call when you land."

"Goodnight, (Y/N)." Ethan chuckled.

"Goodnight, Ethan!" You sighed as the line went dead, leaving you in silence.

You stood from the chair, walked out of the room, down the hall, and into your room. As you changed, you heard your phone vibrate. On the screen was a message from Ethan.

Ethan: I'm going to convince Mark if you can tag along.

You: You don't have to, Ethan. I'm fine staying home.

The thought of Ethan convincing Mark made your heart skip a beat, a smile playing on your lips. This is why Ethan is your friend.

You didn't hear from Ethan until you slipped into bed with a book in your face. It was your favorite book that was written by Zak Bagans, the lead investigator of Ghost Adventures, which happened to be your favorite show on Travel Channel.

Ethan: Pack up! You're coming with us!

"Why does he insist with me coming along? I mean, I'm okay with it but... it's Mark's tour!" You groan, setting the book down.

You got to your feet and started packing. Shoving matching sets of clothes in the suitcase, you went to the bathroom and retrieved your toothbrush. Then grabbed your hairbrush from the vanity and placed it on top of the clothes.

Closing and zipping up the suitcase, you stopped to catch your breath. You sat on the floor, a hand clutching at your chest while steadying your breathing. After that, you stood up and walk back to bed.

Turning off the light, you slipped in the duvet after putting your phone on the charger, before laying your head on the soft pillow. You smile as you thought of spending time with Ethan while on the road. Then you began to fall into a deep sleep.
