Chapter 6

Junhoe opened his eyes.
Where am I? He looked around. He was in a hospital bed. Where were you? Were you okay? He got out of the bed and headed for the door, until Jinhwan grabbed his arm. He had no idea he was even there until he said something.
"Where's (Y/N), Hyung? What happened?" He asked.
"You passed out from crying so much. Donghyuk is with Michelle. He's talking to the doctor for surgery." Jinhwan explained.
"Surgery?" Junhoe said. He rushed out the door with Jinhwan following him. Indeed, Donghyuk was speaking with the doctor.

".....She'll get the surgery." He said.
"What color were her petals?" The doctor asked.
"..........three of them had white tips." Donghyuk spoke softly.
"Ok, that doesn't necessarily mean she will die, but she is very close to that point." The doctor said. Donghyuk didn't say anything, but he noticed that Junhoe was awake.
"Junhoe." He said. "Are you ok?" Junhoe nodded.
"Is (Y/N) here?" Junhoe asked. Donghyuk pointed to a room near him.
"Thank you." Junhoe said before going to the room.

When he walked in, he saw you on the hospital bed, sleeping. Your lips were chapped, your face was pale, and you were still breathing a little unevenly. Junhoe felt his heart crumble at the sight of you. He sat down in a chair next to your bed. He just stared at the ceiling and thought to himself.

It was you who was in the hospital bed...
It was you who was dying slowly....
It was you who loved him...
And it was his fault you were like this.

The guilt started all over again. He never knew you were able to look so fragile since you were always smiling or laughing around him. He rarely ever saw you sad unless it was a joke...but the past few months, you were the saddest he's ever seen in his life. You cried everyday, you suffered endlessly, yet you still loved him.

He couldn't explain how sorry he was to you. He just wanted you to wake up.....but what if you never did? He felt dizzy as he thought that. No...no...that's not true. You were going to wake up. You had to wake up.
Don't leave me... he thought.

He didn't notice he was crying until a tear fell on his hand. He turned to look at you.
"I miss you. I'm sorry." He said. He stood up and grabbed your hand, kissing it once before leaving to catch up on the doctor. Outside, Hanbin was waiting for him.
"She's going to get one last scan before the surgery." Hanbin said.
"I hope she gets better." Junhoe said guiltily.

Hanbin sighed before bringing him where everyone else was. He saw how tired and worn out Donghyuk was from crying so much.
"I'm sorry, Donghyuk." Junhoe said.
"It's not your fault." He said. Junhoe sat next to him. He leaned his head on the wall.
"Yes it is."
"Um......Mr. Donghyuk? Something's happened." The doctor said, staring at the scans. Donghyuk and Junhoe immediately sat up and went over, concerned.
"What is it, doctor?" Donghyuk said worriedly.

"Her body.........its healing."
