Grand Finale (Floor 50, Alternate Ending)

(IMPORTANT: The beginning is the same, but it will differ when Jasmine's health is 1/2.)

Floor 50

This floor has the default flooring.

The old man from the beginning of the game appeared to them and said, "So you made it to the final floor... right this way, please!" They nodded their heads and did what was told.

The old man led them into a room, and he suddenly stopped.

"H-Huh?" Lucas said in shock, "Why'd you stop?"

The old man said nothing but laughed. A violet light than began enveloping the man. After the light vanished, Jasmine was in his place.

"You were the old man?!" Rosary's eyes widened.

"Yep! I was watching you guys the whole time~! However..." she started to look down on the ground.

"However what?"

"I'm also the final floor boss. Soooo... it's either me that dies, or it's you guys." She faced back up, with a serious look on her face.

Everyone else was in a state of shock, but they recovered when Jasmine said,

"So, please, don't hold back; even if it means my own death!" Jasmine brought out her dual blades and lunged at them.

"Look out!" Elianna said and everyone was able to dodge.

"Surpri---!" Enzo said as she went behind Jasmine. But even before he could attack her...

"Teleport!" Then Jasmine slashed Enzo from behind.

"Heal!" Camille healed Enzo.

"Thanks, I owe you one!" Enzo said.

Lucas tried lunging towards Jasmine but she blocked it with her swords. Eventually, she was able to knock off Lucas' sword. There was a fireball hurling towards her but she dodged it. A series of arrows? She just casted barrier.

"It's six against one... and somehow I'm winning against all of you..." she said, panting, "My turn to attack."

Her dual swords then turned into a staff. Then she casted, "Elemental Meteors!" Meteors of different colors then began crashing down on the entire floor.

You know how powerful that was? Everyone's on instant 1/2 of their health.

"This is no good..." Elianna chanted, "I, the manipulator of the elements; call upon its power to bring forth destruction! Elemental Apocalypse!" The said skill hit Jasmine, and she was frozen.

"Remember the blinding fog technique? DO IT NOW." Lucas said. At that time, Jasmine was unfrozen.

"Blinding Fog!" Elianna casted.

"W-What??" Jasmine was surprised. Jasmine, being in a state of oblivion, is now being attacked by them.

Jasmine's health is now 3/4.

Unknown to everyone, Joseph was watching. To help them, he talked to them through telepathy.

Psst.

"H-Huh?" Enzo said.

It's me, Joseph. Be ready once her health is only 1/2. That's the only hint I can give you. Camille, heal them!

"Heal!" Camille healed everyone. "Guys, be more careful! I don't have unlimited mana!"

"Leave it to me, meep!" Kenji said as he readied his bow. Then he started chant, "You who must perish, must also be forgotten! Arrow of Oblivion!"
An arrow hit Jasmine, and it exploded. Critical hit!

"Nice one! Just keep attacking!"

Although she's dodging and casting barrier, at times she still gets hit. The process repeats until her health is 1/2. Jasmine then fell to the ground. Shadows are emerging from her body, her once black eyes turning as red as blood. Then she stood up and said,

"To think that you hurt me this far... HAHAHAHAHAH I WON'T LET YOU DAMAGE ME ANY FURTHER!" Her staff turned into a scythe and she attacked them while laughing maniacally.

That's her insane mode. She can't control herself in that state so she won't hesitate to kill you. So... it's either you kill her or she kills you all... I don't want her to die, but there's no other choice, right? So, do it. Do it to go back to your own world. Joseph said to them.

"Blood shining in deep crimson color... it shall be seen all over the world! Crimson Reaper!" Jasmine slashed her scythe in aimless directions due to her insanity, but she managed to hit Lucas.

(A/N: The plot differs now!)

Lucas tried to block it with his sword, but he failed. However, Enzo came to Lucas' aid by standing in front of him, causing him to get hit by the Crimson Reaper instead. Doing this caused Enzo to fall on the ground.

"I'm the first one to die..." Enzo said as his body started disappearing.

"ENZO!" They all shouted.

"HAHAHAHAHAH! Who's next, huh?!" Jasmine's scythe changed back into dual-swords. "So much methods for you all to die~!"

"We're not giving up without a fight!" Lucas lunged onto Jasmine, but she blocked it with one sword. Before Lucas even had the chance to dodge, Jasmine stabbed and slashed Lucas repeatedly with the other.

"I'm dying... again... I love you, Eli..." his body disappeared.

"Love?! Hmph! Love is for the weak!" Jasmine's weapon changed to a sledgehammer. "DIEEEEE!!" Jasmine knocked off Camille's staff before she could even attack.

"Oh no!" Camille panicked.

"Catch!" Elianna threw her staff towards Camille, but Jasmine caught it instead.

"HAH! You're defenseless now!" Jasmine's weapon changed to a pistol, and she shot Camille in the head. "BOOM HEADSHOT! HAHAHAHAH!"

Camille lost too much blood and died. Her body disappeared.

"Is this even the Jasmine we kn---?!" Elianna said but she got shot on the head as well. Just like everyone else, her body disappeared.

"Double kill!!" She smirked, "Well, well, well, if it isn't the other pair of lovebirds!" Her pistol changed back to a staff. "Arcane Comet!" she casted. It was going towards Kenji, but Rosary pushed Kenji out of the way, making her take the hit. You know what's worse? The arcane comet was a critical hit.

"R-Rosary!" Kenji shouted.

"I-I'm sorry... Sorry we can't be together..." Rosary said as she died.

"Ohhhhh~! How lovely it is to see pain written all over your face! HAHAHAHAH!" Jasmine smirked.

"I'm out of mana..." Kenji murmured.

"Hm? You're out of mana? So you're useless!" She casted another Arcane Comet, but Kenji didn't even bother to dodge.

"Oh dear. Heal!" Joseph revealed himself and healed Jasmine, causing her insane mode to be gone.

"I killed them??" Jasmine said in disbelief.

"You had no choice. It was either you or them... and some games are bound to be lost." Joseph said.

"I was hoping they'd actually beat me.." Then they heard a dog bark. "Huh? Oh! Lexi!" Lexi just growled at Jasmine. "I'm sorry..."

I believe there's no epilogue needed here.
