Floor 40
On this floor... there's a wave of lava chasing them.

"I'm gonna accompany you guys again, because why not; right?" Joseph said. "I'd better start running, by the way, if I were you." He pointed at the back, pointing to a giant wave of lava.
They all started running.
"Is this like the giant boulder floor all over again?" Enzo groaned as he was having a hard time running while carrying Lexi.
"Less talk, more run!" Lucas said in a firm tone.
Then Enzo was falling behind the others and the wave is so close to him.
"Enzo! Why is it always you who's behind?" Elianna shouted.
"Stop!" Joseph said and snapped his fingers; and everything stopped their motions. He then touched Enzo, and he can suddenly move again. By the way, Joseph has the power to manipulate time.
Enzo's PoV
A flash of light appeared. What just happened? Everything is not moving, so I moved away from the lava.
"What??" Joseph just kept silent and put his finger on his mouth. With a snap of his fingers, everything moved again.
"What happened...?" Rosary rubbed her eyes.
"Let's just run, c'mon!" I said.
Third Person's PoV
Just like Enzo, everyone else saw flashes of light and kept running.
At the distance, they could see the portal already!
"JUMP!" Enzo said, and everyone jumped into the portal.
Floor 41
On this floor, they live in a neighborhood of houses.
(A/N: A Town of Salem crossover, but this is only based on the said game! I don't want to deal with 15 different people and lots of day/night phases. In this, there will be only one mafioso and one serial killer. Instead of questioning their roles, they will ask what the person did last night.)
Night 1 (lmao no day 1 because why not?)
They ended up in an office wearing officer-like uniforms with a 6-pointed star badge, and Rosary was holding a gun.
"You all are sheriffs, Rosary is a vigilante and I'm the jailor. The challenge in this floor is to find the killer in the neighborhood. You cannot participate in the day chat, (but you can later in the game.) and they cannot kill you. Good luck!" Joseph explained.
Day 2
Sarah Wildes died last night. She was killed by a member of the mafia.
Deodat Lawson died last night. He was killed by a serial killer.
Samuel Parris: Do you guys have any ideas?
Ann Hibbins: None so far.
Samuel Parris: I think we should ask someone one by one to what they did last night, on the lynching stand.
Lydia Dustin: No, that's a stupid idea. We might lynch an innocent.
William Hobbs: She has a point.
