Chapter Twelve- Healing

It's been three days since Lily got stabbed by Naraku and Rin hasn't left her side. Neither have I. We've been waiting inside the Half Breeds healing house (or something idk what to call it) and she's been asleep for three days. I've caught moments of her whimpering and screaming in her sleep, which means she's still fighting the bug Naraku put in her. It was night time and Rin and Jaken had fell asleep. I watched Lily's sleeping face. She was sweating slightly and looked really pale. I keep denying that I care for the human girl. But it never works. She reminds me of Akula. I keep saying that but she does. She acts shy while Akula is hot headed. Lily groaned and started to twitch. I watched her, in case she was going to scream again. She then stared to cough violently, waking everyone up." Lord Sesshomaru, what's happening to Lily?!" Rin asked, scaredly and worriedly. I couldn't answer her. I didn't know what to say. Lily started coughing up blood and soon the bug was out. She started to breath heavily as I held her steadily. I watched her dull blue eyes become their nature color. She looked around tiredly and then at me." Sesshomaru.....?" She muttered. She leaned her head against my chest." Rest. You're still healing." I said. She rested her head on my shoulder and slowly drifted to sleep. I sighed in relief. Lily's back to her normal self.

"I told you I feel fine!" Lily says to me. I sighed and shook my head." You're still healing. You got stabbed in the neck, you've been asleep for three days and who knows what Naraku's planning next. There could be eggs in you for all we know." Lily frowns." I just want to go outside and get some fresh air. Is that so much to ask?" She asked. She looked saddened. I sighed and picked her up. She squealed and blushed a bit. How cute. I brought her outside and gently sat her against a tree. Rin ran up to us and hugged Lily." It's good to see you too Rin." Lily said, smiling. She had tears in her eyes when she pulled away." We were so worried that you weren't gonna wake up!" Lily blushed and smiled." Aw~!" She says. Rin ran toward the flower field and played with the flowers." Sesshomaru." I looked down at Lily. She looked a bit pale." When you said....that there could be......eggs....in me, I think you might be......right." I gasped as I caught her. She suddenly fell into my arms. So there are eggs inside her. I picked her up and brought her to the hut (thing whatever it's called). Kagome watched over her as I went to get some herbs.

Lily's p.o.v.
I couldn't open my eyes. When I did, all I saw was darkness. I felt myself floating in the abyss of nothingness. I heard a loud booming voice, making my head hurt from the ringing noise." Hello my doll." I held my head as I whimpered." G-go away!" I whimpered out." Now, now. You can't talk back to me. Not after how pissed you've made me from our last encounter." He says. I whimpered." W-what do you m-mean?" I asked." You kept squirming. You couldn't have just let me do what I wanted with you. But no matter. I see my bug has planted eggs in you. Good. It's only a matter of time before you betray the one you love." I started screaming as I gripped my head." NO! I WONT HURT SESSHOMARU! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" I screamed at him. He let out a dark, deep chuckle." You won't have a choice, Doll."

Kagome and the others (Inuyasha, Sango, etc..) watched in fear as Lily's skin slowly started to devolve black marks on her body. A small mark appeared on her forehead. It was in the shape of a small shell (like the one from Inuyasha 2 or something the movie). Nobody saw it since it was faint. They were all worried about her arms slowly turning black.
