Sesshomaru's p.o.v. ~dream~ I looked around, seeing if anyone was around me." Lily?! Rin?! Jaken?!" I called out, hoping they would answer. No one did. I began to walk around to see if anyone or anything came into view. Suddenly, the bright room began to turn into a bright green hill with trees and a small house on top of the hill. I heard a small giggle. I turned my head and saw a girl with a causal dress and bright baby blue eyes. Her short hair was in a small ponytail. She was chasing a butterfly. Then it hit me." Lily! Lunch is ready!" The small child of Lily smiled and ran toward the house. Her parents walked out and sat on the porch. Her mother smiled and gave her a sandwich. Lily smiled and began to eat it." Lily, slow down." Her mother laughed. Her father sighed with a smile and wiped her cheeks from crumps. She gasped and stood up, chasing a butterfly. Her parents sighed before turning to me with a smile. My eyes widened.' They can see me?' Her mother laughed." Of course we can. You must be Sesshomaru. I'm Susan. This is Stan." Susan smiled at me." After felling her story to you, I can tell she's opened up to you more now. She completely trusts you." Stan says, getting up. He stands in front of me with a smile." I trust you to protect my daughter." I nodded." Of course Sir." He chuckles." Good." He says. Susan smiles and gets up and joins us." You're actually the first person she told her story to." The child of Lily ran back with a flower crown. Susan smiled and kneeled down. The child of Lily smiled and put the flower crown on her." Bye mommy!" She said, running back to the flower field. I watched her run from me." Please take care of her." I looked at them. They held a sad smile." We can tell she blames herself for our deaths. And her brothers." Susan looks down and rubs her stomach. She must be pregnant in this memory." I promise to protect her with my life." They smiled." Excuse me?" I looked down and saw Lily smiling up at me. She motioned for me to bend down. I did and she placed a flower crown on my head." Promise me something?" I blinked." Of course." She smiled. She then did something that surprised me. She gave me a peck on the lips." When I get older, we're gonna get married, right?"
"Sesshomaru?" I opened my eyes and looked around. Just a dream. I looked down and saw Lily (the normal one) rub her eyes as she sat up." It's still dark out." She muttered. I just watched her. She seems tired. Probably from crying her eyes out last night and blaming herself. She looked at me and blinked." Is something wrong?" I closed my eyes." Go back to sleep. You seem tired from last night." I said. She snuggled into my tail and sighed." I'm really glad I told you Sesshomaru....." I felt her hug my tail." I feel like....I can open up more to you....." I slightly smiled." Don't worry.... . . . . . . . "I'll always be here for you."
