Leonora

Q: How do you feel about having to marry Jean-Paul?
A: I don't want to. At all. But it's for my friends and for Emilie, so I'll do anything. I don't want them to get hurt. And he seemed a bit nice? I mean, he could be worse, right?

Q: Do you love your sister, Helena?
A: Yes.... she gave me so much and helped me so much when we were younger, I can't not love her. She's also my sister, so that also counts for something, right?

Emilie

Q: What are you doing to try and find Leonora?
A: I went to the police station and talked with them, but I don't have much of a plan to be completely honest.  I guess going to her house could help? I really don't know what to do. And the pain of having lost her is too much to bear and stops me from thinking properly and calmly about the whole situation.

Shania

Q: What are you doing to try and find Leonora?
A: Not much, apart from having driven Emilie to Leonora's old house.... I'm hurting too much and I'm trying to help Hiroki first, he hasn't reacted well at all to the news. I know that I should be doing more, but what can I do when I can see my boyfriend crumbling before my very eyes, with me unable to do anything?

Hiroki

Q: What are you doing to try and find Leonora?
A: Leonora.... why did her sister have to come get her? Couldn't she just leave her alone? Leonora never did anything wrong! I miss her so fucking much, and I don't care that I'll get in trouble for swearing. I want her back. What I'm doing? Trying to stay alive. I can't do anything more. This broke me. I depended on her and on her presence. She's my best friend. I want her back! *breaks into helpless sobs*

Leonora's and Helena's mother

Q: Do you love your daughters?
A: I love Helena a lot. She is such a good daughter, I'm proud of her. As to Leonora.... who could love a monster? And do not even think of calling her my daughter, young man or lady, the moment she turned into this monster she stopped being my daughter. I have ONE daughter, my perfect little Helena. I just want Leonora to disappear, and I'm relieved that she's finally going to marry a MAN.

Jean-Paul

Q: Are you looking forward to marrying Leonora?
A: I am, although I wish she were eager as well. She didn't really seem to like me when we met. If I am allowed to be honest with you, she isn't like her sister described her. She is prettier. But that doesn't take away the fact that she has to be re-educated in order to be worthy of being my wife. I am a very prominent man after all.

Q: Why did you "buy" Leonora? You didn't think you could've had a chance if you'd just met her on the street, for free? Why do you want to marry her?
A: I would have never met her on the street, I do not simply walk around. I do have some enemies, you know. And she had her so-called girlfriend, to whom she seemed to be pretty loyal. As to the money, her mother is a friend of my father and I wished to help her out as she said that she had some financial problems. I wouldn't have given it just like that, I wanted something in exchange, but I would have accepted something else. Why do I want to marry her? I don't want her to bother her family anymore. Is that a valid enough reason?
